I am keeeping away from both counters because downside risk is very high. If it is not due to shares Buy Back to push back the price to 14 cents everyday, Oxley counter could had sinked to 12/13 cents already. Just do a quick calculation on the borrowings, you find that the interest itself could easily erode their profits(if any).
