If burwill wants to increase their stake it's more likely a married deal with another large holder like asdew who can flip their stake bought from tjandra at 30c for a very quick profit.

This is not resource upgrade. Its production commencement means revenue is coming. Unlike resource upgrades where its still in " building" phase.

I suspect Burwill is eyeing to seize control of this company. First they bought a sizable stake. Appoint board member then not long after probably orchestrated the move to oust the husband and wife team which I believe was the right thing to do.
Incidentally, this was done just before Tawana announced the commencement of Lithium Production at Bald Hill.
It proves there is Lithium afterall and now the fight for control has begun. |
