If you ever noted Mr Tan  did buy a row of shop house , Mr Neo shall be a businese man or fund manager and Mr Goh is the CEO of Serial. Mr Goh will not invest a company if he did not see any thing and some more he relationship with Mr Sam Goi ( Popiah King) is not simple. Mr Goh buy a lot of company and sold them off by making money.
