Supported and time to move up with the big order
Really hinging on 2 developments :
A. Koh Bros letting 221 mil warrants lapse and current shareholding of Penta Ocean remains. Any new shares issued arising from conversion will be known after 12 Nov 21.
B. Oiltek IPO
If Koh Bros do convert, they?d convert now if they wish to give a boost to the price . The others holding the warrants will make minimal impact as they collectively hold less than 25%.

Yes, understand that warrants will become worthless if no one subscribe.
At this price now, who would want to convert it to shares?
So these unconverted shares will be " eat up" by underwriter, main shareholder or leave it to rot?

The issue I have now is whether this company has made a breakthrough in filters, which is probably different from their other business all along. If so, maybe it is a company worth hanging on to for long term. I mean if the value is there, other big fish could start biting. PentaOcean already got a big bite.
The warrants were issued free with a Rights in 2017. There was no payment for the warrants directly, but shareholders may not have taken up the Rights without the warrants. the conversion of the warrants is at 10cents, but the way the price has moved, in spite of all the projects they won is a disappointment to the shareholders who held on to the warrants. If they come up with another Rights issue, quite sure the response would be dead. Total loss of credibility.
I dun recall paying for these warrants.
I remember I got them FOC together with Koh Eco share when it was spin off from Koh Bro.

Probably PUB factor in inflation and grant Koh Eco a little bit more on the contract...
