UPDATES ON THE GROUP&rsquo S OPERATIONS IN RELATION TO COVID-19
1. The Board of Directors (the " Board&rdquo or the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited (the " Company" , and together with its subsidiaries and associate company, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to its announcements dated 15 November 2021 and 6 December 2021, on the impact of COVID19 on the Group&rsquo s operations in Liaoning Province, People&rsquo s Republic of China (&ldquo PRC&rdquo )
.2. The Group wishes to announce that the following dental hospital and polyclinics had resumed operations after we have fulfilled the required standard operating procedures and have met the reopening criteria governed by the Health Commission.

Jinzhou Aoxin Youxin Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. 8-Dec-21
Zhuanghe City Aoxin Dawei Dental Co., Ltd. 18-Dec-21
Gaizhou City Aoxin Q & M Stomatology Hospital Co., Ltd. 20-Dec-21
3. With the resumption of operations of the above dental hospital and polyclinics, the Board is pleased to inform our Shareholders that all of our 16 dental hospitals and polyclinics in Liaoning Province PRC are currently in operation.
4. The Group will continue to monitor the situation closely, maintain communications with the relevant authorities and implement additional short-term precautionary measures, if required.
5. The Board will keep our Shareholders updated on any further material impact of COVID-19 on the Group&rsquo s business activities

There was a buy of 110,000 shares bought 0.605 around 9.05am. Total inflow thus far outweighs outflow, so not too bad considering many counters are in the red
