look at the transacted vol in the last one hour and the sell down, do any of you still hold any hopes on the acquisition deal?
This is something worth considering.
The buy over of the company or change of managment as per 8th Sept 2016 announcement. The input new management could be buying shares from open market to a substantial volume or percentile before the deal is firmed and final announcement output. So, it is a normal phoenomenom for a abnormal trade.
Second possibility could be a down side of the news. If this is so, the next 2-3 days volume will tell the story. Hence, I suggest a close observation is needed before going in. Otherwise, speculators will get burn easily.
Final conclusion is, I doubt the China Tian Cheng is likely to happen and the hope fall unto the first scenario quoted in their last announcement.
