No, just bec insiders convert their warrants or options does not mean that they think the share price is going up. U need more info - for eg their warrants may be expiring hence the need to convert. If they think that the share price is going up,theres no need to convert yet - can just ride along with the upside. Actually, most people convert bec they plan to SELL the mother shares. Either they think the share price is toppish or attractive or they just need the money. pardon me.. this is the most ridiculous statement i read for someone who invest in shares.

Goes to zero and you still believe in it ? Stubborness and putting  100%  trust on  other ppl' s recommendation is the mother of ALL FAILED INVESTMENT.

One has to learn to be flexible and CUT LOSS or TAKE PROFIT when the opportunity arises. If u wait till the price drop to ZERO and you still believe in it and still believe in the person that recommend the stock to you EVEN if the stock drops to zero, then i dunno what to say.
