I will bring to CDP tomorrow. 
Have you brought the USD Demand Draft together with the required Offer Information Statement (OIS) up to CDP ? Remember, the last day fro doing this is on Thursday, 10 October. Your envelope which carries the USD Demand Draft + the OIS segment must be DROPPED into the box near the entrance before 5 pm on that day !
I am okay to add to my units (via private placement, pref offering or rights exercise) so long as the dpu is accretive. I need to keep in mind that my Average Holding Price will go up everytime I do this. At a certain point in the future, I will stop subscribing and focus my attention onto other REITs.

thank you! I just bought the demand draft at DBS, use up my USD that is inside the multiplier acc. This is the 3rd right issue of MUST for me. Every time they purchase a property, there is a right issue, on one hand the retail can participate along with private placement, on the other hand retail may find the right issue a drain.  As my holding increases, future right issue allotted to me will also increase, a mixed feeling ...
To apply in USD, there are one of two ways, depending on where you hold your securities in :-
1) If your securities are in the CDP, then you will have to make a USD Demand Draft and mail it or send it personally to the CDP Office in Buona Vista. Attach the USD Demand Draft with the Offer Document for this Preferential Offering that is mailed to you by the registrar.
2) If your securities are held with a custodian organization (in this case will be known as a legal depository), say a private bank, give the necessary instructions to your RM. Ensure you have sufficient USDs in your multi-currency account with the private bank.
Errr,... I' m not really bullish abt MUST, I' m more like observing its performance closely. While doing that, I thought that I' d just help out here if I have the time.
I have a theory that whatever happens at MUST will be a benchmark and with exemplary events for other foreign REITs to follow, especially US REITs listing in the SGX.

The above said Drachs bought via placement at USD 0.875 per unit. I was wondering,... what was the vehicle here ? I don' t remember MUST executing any private placement this week.

By taking just bare dividend payouts for the following periods in FY2018, wihout going into how each acquisition affected the change in the number of units, we have :-
1) for 1st half 2018, ie for period from 1.1.2018 till 30.6.2018, the dpu was 2.53 US cts.

Assuming my calculations in the preceding input is right, and that there are NO MORE corporate actions that will cause ' upsets' to my calculations for the coming dpu payout of 5.74 US cts per unit, the answer is YES, there will be a dpu increase of 0.17 US cts after everything has been completed in the current EFR exercise that is running.
This is the simplest way to calculate,... without too many mathematical assumptions along the way. The problem with this REIT is the rapid corporate actions make things too dynamic and moves the proforma values quite far away from the initial assumptions.
I stand corrected on any possible unaccounted for considerations.

From the Private Placement (PP) that was concluded around 19 September 2019 :-
The original number of units prior to the PP = 1 401 067 898 units.
The PP has confirmed ' adding' in another 91 325 000 units.
From the coming Preferential Offering (PO) that will be concluded around 18 October 2019, which is the Listing Date of the New Units from this PO :-
The total of the units in circulation now after the conclusion of the PP around 19 September 2019 = 1 492 392 898 units.
The number of PO units that will be raised will be worked out as follows :-
The ratio is 52 units for every 1000 units in-hand (NOT inclusive of the PP units).
Hence, based on the original number of units of 1 410 067 898 in issue before the start of this EFR, the number of PO units that will be raised would be :-
(1401067898 x 52)/1000 = approximately 72 855 531 units.
The total number of the units in circulation after the conclusion of the PO on 18 October 2019 = 1 492 392 898 units + 72 855 531 units = 1 565 248 429 units.
