It is an open secret the company is bidding for some mega projects, even SGX should also know already. Unfortunately, the contract award is still not out yet, so the compsny really have nothing to disclose. Just wsit lor.

No, nothing like that.
From the announcement, it seems that the company wants to issue performance shares to its employees IN THE FUTURE, but needed SGX approval, and just gotten the approval. Thats all.
No big deal.

Save for the receipt of the listing and quotation notice (the &ldquo Notice&rdquo ) from the SGX-ST today (via the
Company&rsquo s Sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.), approving the listing and quotation of new
ordinary shares of the Company (the &ldquo Shares&rdquo ) which may be allotted and issued pursuant to the
proposed KBE Performance Share Plan 2017 (the &ldquo KBE PSP&rdquo ) on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST,
the Company is not aware of any information not previously announced concerning the Company, its
subsidiaries or associated companies which might explain the trading today. The Company will be
releasing a separate announcement today regarding the Notice received from the SGX-ST.
The Notice is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the KBE PSP, the Shares, the Company,
its subsidiaries and their securities.
True lah, I actually want to be able to buy more later, lower. I think price action should resemble Blackgold. Almost step for step.
Today Koh brothers (the parent) finally woke up. Think real action is tomorrow. Must watch that one.

Mgmt has not responded to SGX inquiry ? Must be big news .. since std ans will not take more than a few minutes.

This counter seems to behave like Chasen just few days ago... All the way up, till closing, retract back.

Company AGM coming up soon. Share price should continue to stay firm until at least AGM, my guess.
No idea, seems like bulls and bears fighting. As always, buy low, then no worries.

Not the closing I expected but nonetheless still good. Hope a new support is found at this level.
Today strong buying in Koh Brothers, the mother, or father.
