BAsed on every time-period analysis in my TA scans last night after answering some threads here, the graphs say it will touch USD1 in the next few days.

Let me extract some impt filing details for you :-
1) Unitholders whose securities accounts with CDP are credited with Units as at Friday, 27 September 2019 at 5.00 p.m. will be entitled to the Advanced Distribution. The Advanced Distribution will be paid on or around Friday, 29 November 2019.
2) The Advanced Distribution is intended to ensure that the distributable income accrued by Manulife US REIT from 1 July 2019 up to the day immediately preceding the date of issue of the New Units pursuant to the Private Placement (which at this point, will be entirely attributable to the Existing Units) is only distributed in respect of the Existing Units, and is being proposed as a means to ensure fairness to holders of the Existing Units.
3) ...including the Advanced Distribution to be paid for the period from 1 July 2019 to 29 September 2019 (being the date immediately prior to the date on which the New Units pursuant to the Private Placement are issued),...

One more : The quantum of Advanced Distribution per Existing Unit is currently estimated to be 1.37 US cents to 1.57 US cents1. A further announcement on the actual quantum of the Advanced Distribution will be made by Manulife US Real Estate Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Manulife US REIT (the &ldquo Manager&rdquo ) in due course.

For my personal computation in my spreadsheets, I have taken a midpoint of the above and estimated the dpu amt to be at 1.47 US cts at this moment.

70% of Excesses applied, bro,..

subaru      ( Date: 28-Oct-2019 13:18) Posted:

so do you get 70% of excess applied, or more?

chengwh1      ( Date: 19-Oct-2019 08:49) Posted:

I got credited this morning with 70% of my applied number of Excesses. Is it normal for a unitholder to be credited late with Excess Units,... I' m keeping an open mind here. Of course, I am happy to be able to catch some Excesses, and I have no intention to sell being a long term holder,... but why the later crediting ?

Trying to understand the SGX processes here being a keen investor

As we move fwd again after the recent conclusion of the Pref Offering and listing of the New UNits,... the mkt is indicating that it is comfortable with a mkt price of 91 to 92 US Cts,.... I believed this price will hold under current normal conditions, till another acquisition with debt and/or an EFR exercise (eg a placement) takes place.

In the earlier days of her IPO, my observation notices MUST was more keen to raise her AUM than to talk abt dpu growth for unitholders. The tone has since changed in the last few statements by the CEO, Ms Smith.

I got some excess but not much. Luckily, I have not incurred any forex loss this time. I was incurred about S$100 loss of Forex for the unsuccessful excess money return previous PO.

Depends. You will get back in USD cheque if you applied by Bank Draft or Demand Draft. However, the unsuccessful excess money will return back to your bank account if you applied via ATM. I readlized that you will not incurr exchange rate losses if you applied via ATM. However, I don' t think you will get back the same exchange rate if via Draft which is subject to current exchange rate.
