Agree totally with you. Relax and wait for good entry point. Especially if you already have a position, don' t brute force buy up. Chng Kays will know how to throw you out. They do this for a living.

Can see that kb group is seriously creating values for shareholders . Last year June they pump in kbce into kbe. Shows that they wants to grow this subsidiary of theirs. Maybe got something brewing. Keep fingers crossed . Haha

 

Bro where got weak fundamentals quite decent profits 6.1 mil last year. And order book 500 +mil and they jv with Samsung and got awarded CAG 1.2b contract. Growth company. Must be patient with this type of company.

Let the shortists do the work. Get it down so we can buy cheaper than CKs/BBs. Growth company, I am not worried. Not for contra though.

 

Just read through the share performance plan circular from March 27, 2017. It has a few other things like Share Buyback Mandate, IPT Mandate, Takeover rules, how to use treasury shares from share buyback, like awarding them to employees or non exec directors in the share performance plan (so no dilution to the rest of the shareholders, which is good!) etc... Only the Share Performance Plan need SGX to approve, and they got it today, and then at AGM on April 20, the motion has to be passed. 

 

Okay. Looking forward to see what you can do tomorrow.
