As of this writing STI is around 3190 which means it has not only filled the gap buy also
well above its 20 and 50 ma, these are welcoming indication of a resumption of its uptrend.

Thank you, Boss TikTalk for your well wishes and also thank you for your reminder and encouragement that when doing BUY & HOLD,
having to LOON short term price fluctuations is part and parcel of the " fun" .
My learning journey this past month has been fruitful.
Learnt many things along the way.
Missed out on a big chunk of profits too.
In the region of 10k.
But looking at the bright side, I got to learn lots of stuff and without having to pay tuition fees to learn.
Instead, I got to be paid whilst learning. In the region of almost 2.9k. This is a bonus. A blessing from the Lord.
I hope to make full use of what I have learnt to watch Back To The Future for the rest of 2021 whilst the sun is still shining.
This Futures market wont be like this forever. One day, her uptrend will come to an end. If she goes into a prolonged downtrend,
can try trading her from the SHORT side. But if she trades sideways, then she wont be easy to trade and my strategy wont work.
So looking at the bright side, I still have another 7 months to strike when the iron is still hot and continue to make hay until the end
of the year in December when the old bearded man in red will say " Ho ! Ho ! Ho !"

I was just having a discussion with lovely one.
She too watching Back To The Future with me and sitting on paper profits now.
I was telling her that yesterday when Dow was at 34300-series, I told myself that all it takes for Dow to CHEONG +200 pts and
Dow will be at the 34500-series and all our positions will be above water. I actually visualized the index at 34500 series and today
I am seeing it.
Falling back on trading experience generally, I said to lovely one...
Last 3 days Dow was consolidating. She didnt cheong but instead went lower.
That could be a suttle flushing action by big boys to force the hands of weak sellers to sell whilst they were buying.
3 days of weakness enabled them to collect their LONGs.
So having collected enough, today they started the engines and Dow blasted off.
So I continued.....
Now we see 34550+.... 35000 is actually not far away...just 400+ pts.
If later she cheong some more and tomorrow she continues to cheong or by Monday or Tuesday she should be able to
reach Last High at 35091. And then break it to show us a new all time high. And she may well keep going another 300
to 600 pts after breaking 35000 before she takes a breather. By then 35091 will be the resistance-turned-support. Meaning
we wont see below 35000 again. Which in turn mean now we can still see 34500 may well be on hindsight, an opportunity
to buy now. But I cautioned.... if you buy now, as always, take care of the downside so that dont need to cut and can live
long enough to see the U-Turn to come back to here and higher. So we are both feeling itchy to add more. We both itchy
so she scratch for me I scratch for her.
