Last point: Will we need to sell during delistment? Answer is no as it will be relisted back.

1. Why do OCBC table the takeover offer? Isnt it with the intention to delist?
2. If yes, do they have to pay a fair and reasonable price to exit in accordance with SGX Listing rules.
3. If they do not pay fair and reasonable price, what next? At most suspension lorh, after that will be relisted back in the exchange again.
As a shareholder, we could wait it out and wait till great eastern is relisted back again.
4. i will be waiting for their revised offer instead. |

@Aragosta As a OCBC water carrier, i wish you well in your future endavours dealing with OCBC. Additionally, i also think your logic is in short supply. Have some vitamins and fish oil for yourself.
