  based on their recent result announcement , NAV  is ard S$0.80.  Price on last closed S$0.26,    it' s cheap.....

When results come out in a few wks (expected to be loss making) px likely to drop back to ard 20c.  But that' d present good opportunity to ' tikam' n huat if chng kays declde to play it up again.

Today people who wanted to take profits have their wish fulfilled at 0.26. If they have emptied their holdings, they will have to buy higher on Monday to get in again. Monday no more 0.26 I believe.
