TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF ISDN AS ON 29TH APRIL 2026

A) Daily Short Term Pivot Support Close at 0.51.

B) End Weekly Intermediate Term Pivot Support Close at 0.41.

C) End Monthly Long Term Pivot Support Close at 0.29.

TECHNICAL SYNOPSIS

As long as ISDN daily price action does not violate its Daily Pivot Support Close at 0.51 to date, ISDN  may have the potential to test its upside between 0.70 and 0.74 before a corrective fall may take shape.

Breaking and closing below its Daily Pivot Support  at 0.51, its daily price action may have the potential  to test its Intermediate End Weekly Support  Close of  0.41.

As long as  ISDN does not close below End Weekly Support at 0.41,  there is a high probability that the most recent low of 0.335 may be well supported and becomes its consolidated low to date.

But if ISDN closes below its Intermediate Pivot Support  Close at 0.41, its  daily price action may potentially break its recent support low of 0.335   and test its downside of its End Monthly  Long Term Pivot Support at 0.29.

Closing below 0.29 may portend  a very much lower price action.

NB:

I have a selling order through my broker to sell 200,000 shares of my SRS portfolio which I held for more than 5 years already as now I want to close out my in the money  gain at 0.70 or better this week.

Failing which, I shall carry forward my selling order to next week.

If the  selling order is done, I shall reinstate my buying order if ISDN price action falls between 0.15 and 0.20 cents in due course.

Balance of my cash position in ISDN, I intend to hold on it until the upside price reaches 1.00 hopefully.

Due diligence  warranted.

Volume context on ISDN Intraday trading.  (important)

Min. 10M volume already:

Confirms strong participation.

Not a weak bounce &mdash this is active accumulation or rotation play with AEM still rallying.

This still fits a rotation into ISDN scenario.

Question 1
In the Annual Report, ISDN?s vision is ?We?re building Asia?s smart industrial future.?
Can ISDN share with shareholders about its long-term goal in more tangible terms, e.g. does ISDN
aspire to grow into the next automation industry giant (in Asia) alongside multi-billion competitors like
Siemens AG, ABB?
ISDN's long-term vision is to be a leading industrial automation company in Asia, supported by
technological innovation and well positioned to capture the structural shift of global supply chains into
Southeast Asia.
The Group does not seek to become a global Industrial Automation major, but rather a large-scale
complement to global players. ISDN has adopted this complementary strategy because (a) the
Industrial Automation market is large and growing fast enough that there is no need to compete head-
to-head with global majors and (b) it has developed a more sustainable strategy of complementarity
rather than competition with such players.
ISDN?s vision is not defined by scale alone, but by its ability to bring advanced automation technology
to the region and help industries in Asia modernise and compete globally. As manufacturers
increasingly relocate or expand their operations into Southeast Asia, ISDN is building the presence
and capabilities to serve this growing demand at a regional level.
This is already reflected in the Group's actions on the ground. ISDN has established subsidiaries in
key markets including Taiwan and Malaysia, both of which have demonstrated notable growth in
recent periods. The Group will continue to deepen its footprint across Southeast Asia, positioning itself
as the go-to automation partner for businesses building and expanding their manufacturing
capabilities in the region.

Question 2
Has ISDN considered M&A to acquire expertise and access for growth?
Yes. ISDN has used a broad range of corporate approaches to acquiring technology capability, vertical
market presence, and geographic access over time, including:
? Mergers and acquisitions (?M&A?)
? Joint ventures
? Minority or control investments and
? Strategic alliances and partnerships
The Group has developed significant experience in all three areas over time. Generally, ISDN favours
smaller acquisitions where it can contribute significant value to a company. This allows ISDN to:
? Put less capital at risk (compared to a large acquisition)
? Assist the target with growth, thereby increasing value over time and
? Fund such investments with little or no equity dilution to shareholders.
The ISDN investment in NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. (?NovaPeak?) is a good example of this strategy in action.
Through NovaPeak, ISDN has extended its presence into adjacent growth areas including drone
inspection technology, which complement its core industrial automation business and position the
Group for emerging opportunities in Asia.
This disciplined approach allows the Group to manage risk prudently while acquiring access to high-
potential technologies and/or market, balancing the need for innovation with the responsibility to
prudent capital management.

Question 3
Why does ISDN need many different subsidiaries? Is it possible to consolidate the corporate structure
for better focus?
The Group operates as a platform company, generating revenue from a continuous flow of
engagements across a diversified customer base of more than 10,000 customers spanning many
industries.
ISDN?s business scope is large, reaching across geographies, technology capabilities, vertical
industries and customers.
The broad range of subsidiaries allows ISDN to:
? Organise its focus by capability, geography, technology and market reach
? Incentivise leadership teams across its different business offerings (for example: services,
products, components, manufacturing, solutions)
? Providing for M&A, Joint Venture and equity sharing with subsidiaries if needed to
acquire/incentivise/retain companies and
? Compartmentalise risk to reduce exposure for the overall conglomerate.
ISDN has a continuous practice of reviewing its subsidiary structure and consolidating or shutting
down subsidiaries that are not needed or not contributing sufficiently to the Group.

Question 4
Could the Board provide more clarity on how it evaluates and compares the expected returns from
hydropower investments compared to Industrial Automation M&A?
Would a rebalancing of focus towards Industrial Automation M&A provide stronger dividend returns?
The Group is actively pursuing both strategies and views them as complementary rather than
competing priorities.
The hydropower investments target an above-20% internal rate of equity return (?IRR?), and the
hydropower plants completed to date have yielded above-target returns for the Group.
Industrial Automation M&A is unpredictable by nature and is unsuitable as a ?sole engine? for inorganic
corporate growth.
The two approaches are complementary, with hydropower investments yielding high-quality,
predictable recurring, cash-rich earnings at good IRR, and industrial automation M&A providing
access to innovation and market reach, but with some unpredictability. The Group seeks to achieve a
prudent balance between these two complementary strategies for accretive capital reinvestment.Question 5
Apart from providing software to manage data centres, how does ISDN continue to integrate itself
into the AI ecosystem manufacturing e.g data centre manufacturing or AI chip manufacturing?
The Group believes artificial intelligence (?AI?) represents a broad-based growth opportunity across
many sectors and applications well beyond data centres and AI chips.
ISDN cannot realistically manufacture chips or data centres as these are scale industries with
extremely well-capitalised and credentialled suppliers. However, ISDN has been deploying AI
solutions for customers for several years already.
ISDN has a range of capabilities and solutions that it has already developed for AI including:
? Entire AI-powered solutions such as the NovaPeak building inspection business
? AI software solutions for manufacturing applications in quality, machine control and vision
? Sensors and motion control hardware that is required to realise robotics and other AI
hardware applications.
The Group?s diverse, expansive approach to serving AI demand across the technology ?stack? and
across industries should position it favourably to benefit from the global adoption of AI going forward.

Reading today&rsquo s activity in ISDN Holdings Ltd isn&rsquo t just about the closing price&mdash it&rsquo s about how price, volume, and order flow behaved throughout the day.

Based on the numbers: (0.56 open &rarr ~0.60&ndash 0.625 high &rarr heavy volume ~30M+), here&rsquo s how to interpret it clearly:

1) Price Structure (Intraday Story)
Open ~0.56 &rarr suggests either:

A gap-up accumulation start, or
Follow-through from previous bullish sentiment.

High ~0.60&ndash 0.625 &rarr shows buyers were aggressive early.

2) Volume (MOST Important Today)
Vol ~30M+ shares

Compare:

Previous average: much lower (single-digit millions)
Today: explosive volume

👉 Interpretation:
This is not retail alone.

Likely institutional participation or rotation play starting.

But here&rsquo s the key nuance:

High volume + price up = accumulation.

High volume + price stalls = distribution battle

3) Key Levels to Watch:

From today&rsquo s action:
0.56 &rarr Strong support (today&rsquo s opening / accumulation zone)
0.60 &rarr Psychological + breakout pivot
0.625.

👉 What matters next:
Break and hold above 0.625 &rarr continuation toward 0.65&ndash 0.70.

Fall back below 0.56 &rarr today becomes a bull trap risk.

4) Order Flow Clues (Very Important).

From  possible married deal (~2.11M shares at 0.56 at  today' s opening)

👉 That usually signals:

Funds positioning quietly.

Not speculative chasing.

Combine that with:
Heavy volume later in the day = Accumulation phase likely underway

5) Rotation Context (Critical Insight)
Compare with peers like:
AEM Holdings Ltd.

AEM already moved earlier
ISDN only now seeing volume surge.

👉 This fits classic sector rotation:

Leaders move first (AEM, UMS, Frencken).

Laggards follow (ISDN)

Volume expansion confirms rotation.

6) What TODAY Likely Means
Putting it all together:

Bullish case (more likely now):

First serious accumulation day.

Smart money entering

Rotation into ISDN starting.

Bearish risk (don&rsquo t ignore):

If price cannot hold above 0.56 level,
today could be distribution spike.

7) What to Watch Tomorrow:

This is where confirmation comes:
If:
Price holds above 0.56, with
volume remains elevated.

👉 Continuation breakout likely.

If:
Sharp drop + high volume below 0.56,

👉 Funds exiting / fake breakout.

Bottom Line
Today&rsquo s ISDN action is not normal trading.

It looks like:
Early-stage accumulation with strong volume expansion &mdash possibly the start of a rotation move.

But confirmation depends on next 1&ndash 2 sessions.

Due diligence warranted.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF ISDN AS ON 28TH APRIL 2026

A) Daily Short Term Pivot Support Close at 0.485.

B) End Weekly Intermediate Term Pivot Support Close at 0.405.

C) End Monthly Long Term Pivot Support Close at 0.29.

TECHNICAL SYNOPSIS

As long as  ISDN  Daily  Short Term Pivot Support Close at 0.485 is not violated to date, its daily price action may have the potential of testing minimum overhead resistance between  0.70  and 0.74  before corrective fall  may surface.

Breaking and closing below its Daily Short Term  Pivot Support Close  at 0.485  may portend ISDN daily price action to test its End Weekly Intermediate Pivot Support  Close at  0.405.

As long as  ISDN does not close below its End Weekly Intermediate Support Close at 0.405,  there is a high probability that the most recent low of 0.335 may be well supported and becomes its consolidated low to date.

But if ISDN closes !below its End Weekly Intermediate Pivot Support  Close at 0.405, its price action may potentially break its most recent support low of 0.335    and test its downside of its End Monthly  Long Term Pivot Support  Close at 0.29.

Closing below 0.29 may portend very much lower price action.

I have a standing order to sell about 200,000 shares at 0.70 or better  for next    week trading. (To close out my dollar costs SRS  in the money  long position bought about 5 years ago).
But any minimum 0.15 to 0.20 cents corrective fall, I shall reinstate my position again when my selling price is achieved.

Balance cash position to hold until about 1.00 to sell.

Due diligence is warranted.

ISDN at 0.60 with ~32.8M volume is a meaningful shift.

Let&rsquo s break it down clearly.

📊 What this price + volume combination suggests:

Strong breakout confirmation from 0.545 with a married deal at 0.56 at opening  of 2.11 million  shares volume.

Volume at 32M            is well above average, so this is not a weak push -
it&rsquo s institutional participation or aggressive rotation.

👉 This is the kind of volume you want to see for a valid breakout, not a false spike.

🔄 Rotation play &mdash now clearer.

With this surge:

It does look like rotation is kicking in
ISDN is catching up (laggard play) to the broader semiconductor/automation theme.

👉 Especially if AEM / UMS / Frencken already moved earlier &mdash ISDN now &ldquo joins the party&rdquo .

📈 Price structure implication.

At 0.60 with this volume:

Immediate support formed:

0.575&ndash 0.585

Next resistance zones:

0.625 (intraday  high)

0.65 (next breakout extension).

If price holds above 0.58 into close, that&rsquo s important:

Confirms trend continuation

Opens path toward 0.65&ndash 0.70 region.

Given:
Rising volume from ~20M &rarr now 32M+

Gradual price progression (not one spike)

👉 This leans more toward:

Accumulation + breakout phase, not a blow-off top (yet).

Due diligence warranted.
