Bought my last two batches at 0.575 and 0.565. Now queuing at 0.555 and 0.545. Happy with the CNY sales .

 

Yes, added more at 0.56 today. Hope Budget day bring rallies to all stocks, then CNY boost follow by results announcement surge, haha. Am optimistic on the results and growth as well. Price now below private placement and I believe Management will start sbb aggressively once mandate obtained, though it may be about 2 months later down the road. Need to give these investors confidence that they are making the right decision. Haut Ah, Ah Huat

DBS is yielding about 5.5% based on 81 cents dividend per quarter. Based on yield alone it is hard for YZJM' s share price to move significantly above current level becasue to yield 5.5%, YZJM must declare dividend of about $0.0315 at least based on current share price. If based on 40% payout ratio, to declare $0.0315 dividend, YZJM must hit EPS of at least $0.07875 which I think while it is still possible but would not be easy. For $0.07875 EPS is about 51% higher than YZJM' s FY24 profits of $0.052 [based on pre spin off EPS of $0.0866 with YZJM contributing about 60%]. However, YZJM is a fast growth company and market may be willing to accord lower yield between 4% to 4.5% and I think if dividend is at least $0.025, it should move the share price up above $0.60 level. Results out in about 2 to 3 weeks. 

 

l believe the upcoming result will be good especially just after the
maiden IPO spinoff.

sell back to shorts when they cover at high price.

Wait and see lor, am still a believer of Chair Ren midas touch. Why do you think results not good and do you think anyone here will give you a genuine reply? no need keep asking or speculating why sp drop. if you are in the market long enough you will know roughly what's the reasons

real seller or shorts happen as there are not much exciting news forwards. no fy report yet
so unable to estimate what return will be like. wait for fy report to see.
want to buy, also buy in bit by bit so on average lower buy as shorts getting carry away.
catch them later when fy results give surprises.

 

Based on the share price going lower for YZJF and YZJM, could it be the case where someone has insider news and sell ahead of the financial reporting?

With both companies net cash with no debt and share price below their respective NAVs now, time is on the long side especially if both companies keep paying good dividends. There is nothing of note on the news front and we await upcoming results for both companies to assess them further.

it' s a joker. hopeless.

 

think about sbb mandate is jawing the shorty at the time when they go wild.
when first fy report out we will see if this is dragon or snake. then follow by sbb mandate together with agm think is ok. after fy report. short should be running for cover as the sale of ships will bring in 
the boost for profit. if more ships sale will be good.

 

Agree with the view that the timing of seeking SBB mandate a bit odd. First results post listing should be announced by end of the month, following which, AGM should be held by middle of April 26. It seems wastful of resources to try and hold an EGM from now till middle of Apr 26 which is about 2 months apart. Moreover, since the announcement on 19.1.26 of intending to seek mandate for SBB, there was no follow up. If really want to expedite, by now should have at least set the EGM date and dispatch the circular plus voting forms. So the execution is less than perfect and worse, if continue to drag and finally nothing happen and then seek SBB mandate during AGM, the investors' confidence will take some discount as this reflect indecisiveness on the part of the management/company.
