1) Go to unit market as indicated above
2) U can only sell less than 100 shares aka 1 to 99 shares
3) U can only sell less than 100 shares per day to get ur brokerage fee waived..
eg: If u sell 99 shares + 1 share = total 100 share in a single day then u will not be entitled to waiver of ur brokerage fee becos 100 shares
is to be sold in open board lot market. Unless u split into 50 shares day 1, 50 shares day 2 ??? (have to consult ur broker if u think of doing this)

That time heighten alert announcement in May 2021, almost all stocks tanked. CICT was $1.99. Pretty sure if another heighten alert, SGX all stocks will have GSS again. We can buy from those goons who sold...most likely were on leverage and ganna margin calls.

my prediction is $2.11 and above.

Actually the price now quite ok, cause the price/book value is less than 1 (around 0.98). Furthermore, that time Temasek bought 800 plus million in Feb 2021 the closing price was $2.06. Thus, now the price seems reasonable. Warren Buffett said " It' s better to buy a good company at fair price than a fair company at good price" .
Just pray that those contra will sell back when they panic sell after 2 days. Or some people who leveraged and ganna margin call, then can get cheap cheap shares liao.

Yesterday got reach $2 briefly. Most likely were those short traders or contra traders who sell low.

Totally agreed. This counter is a long term investments. A few cents drop or increase does not matter as the upside is more than the downside. With the pandemic winding down and opening up of economy, CICT will benefit greatly from it. Also this is a mega REIT of 22 billion, equivalent of 20 over smaller reits like Sabana which is only 930 million. Thus, not easy for CICT to fail and also there is strong sponsor Capitaland and also major shareholder Temasek Holdings.

Looking at short term opportunity cost would be the wrong yardstick in my view. Capital gains in future (expected) is the upside over longer term.

This friday Capitaland shareholders can start selling their CICT.. Not sure whether it will cause selling pressure or not
