Maybe some Corncerned Parties don' t want the price to go up and spoilt their plan of RTO or Assets Injection.
At 0.7 cent, Market Cap is only 19 millions, far from the estimated valuation of 70m.

This company built not one but two international 5-Star hotel and resort at cost, they did not acquire up-and-running ones at market prices.
If they had spent a total cost of around S$70m to build both buildings and to setup the two businesses to operational statuses and if the total market value for these two assets is $150m currently - It means that Adventus will have a huge increase of $40,800,000 in Net Asset Value soon (51% of $80m because Adventus only owns 51% of both assets).
Share price of Adventus is currently still at its lowest point in the last 2.5 years. Soon, share price will adjust upwards to reflect the huge increase in Net Asset Value and new revenue streams.

Boss Chin and the Corner-Stone Investors have plenty of cash to ensure Adventus is a success. When this counter starts to move, a little push from them will send the price rocketing.

That' s why those hoping to scrape 0.1 cent can never make it big when the BB play up the counter a few cents. It will be too expensive for them to chase after the runaway price and many can only comfort themselves with the 0.1 cent profit and squeeze their balls.

The only good thing is it hold at 7... the rest, will be base on patience if can attract real BB play. As far as I can say now, most on que are free rider traders. Buy 1m and que 1 bid higher n hope some fools will buy their shares n earn $1k. If you see the in-depth que... all in 1000k or 500k free rider traders.

Great news! Adventus has updated their website (Bay Hotels and Resorts) and stated clearly that both Bay Capital Danang and Bay Resort Hoi An are under Adventus Holdings Ltd. 
Despite China Economy taking a beating during the 3 years slump, there are still a Hundred Millions of the Top 10 Percenters that are rich enough and anticipating China reopening for International Tourism.
