Try this then.
The next time you are damn khocksure that it is a very good time to buy a stock, dont buy.
Just do a PAPER BUY. Meaning no actual buy but a mental buy.
After that watch what happens to the stock.
If becoz you didnt buy the stock actually went up but if you had bought the stock will fall,
then it means Mr Market is standing right  behind you watching every trade you make so
that he can immediately skrew you up. I suppose one solution is you dont trade. You mirror
Bro spore' s trades. Try a few trades and see how. You dont try, you wont know.

Buy what Bro spore buys.
Try it out for a while then assess the results.
if results good, you issue dividends to us.

Agree with you, Bro sanvan.  Hope Reits price movement will improve nonetheless with the incoming new Fed chief.
Haha..  SCI ?  Let me think about it..  😅

Maybe because selling triggered after it broke support of $8? Hopefully no negative news around the corner.

CDL closed at day low on high volume. Down 25c.
Looks bad.
Dont know why it dropped suddenly.
Anyone got views?

Bro Yoga,
Reits are all down cos of US 10 year rates at 4.48%, inflation concerns, and no rate cuts this year.
So, reits all on cold storage. No meat. only dividends.
AEM monkey is the semiconductor/chip/Nvidia chase in the US.
Since you consider yourself jinxed and have a tendency to bring the price down, please buy SCI.
Just kidding.

Whenever I buy any counter, it will always drop.
Dunno why,  it will drop even though it has already been dropping before I bought.  Not that I bought when it is climbing up.
If I buy this AEM or SingTel, it will likely drop also.  😅

Bro Wave, I think this AEM monkey could be the same monkey that had pushed the various Reits up and sold off with profits already, hence using the profits to push AEM up.

Yes Bro yoga.
I looked at her Trade Matrix Summary too.
At many levels, less than 100 lots traded.
What amazes me is the bola and power of this monkey.
Obviously there is a monkey in the driver' s seat.
If it is only retail players like us doing the buying and selling, absolutely NO WAY for the price to have this meteoric rise.
The price movement is parabolic. No retail buying and selling can produce this.
What I am amazed with is the ability of this monkey to pull this off.
I have always wanted to know the details of how it is done.
But funny that no retired monkey has ever thought of writing a book to reveal it all.
I guess they dont becoz they are already so rich that they dont have to write a book.
Also, why spoil the fun for other monkeys. A retired monkey needs to extend professional courtesy to other monkeys.

How I wish my stock entry price is " one shot one kill" like your cockcroach kill record..  😅

Yeah Bro, ComfortDelGro moves very slow and requires much patience to trade well with it.

Suddenly out of the blue, an ugly looking cockcroach crawled out from dunno where in my study and appeared at the top of a
chest of drawers next to me. I reached out for my sandal to hit it. I was mindful to hit hard enough to kill the cockcroach but
yet not so hard that it will squeeze the innards out leaving a wet patch on my furniture which will then necessitate some work
to clean up and fumigate. I absolutely hate cockcroaches. Other bugs I am more tolerant and forgiving but cockroaches...I
hate them.
I have one non-negotiable rule when it comes to cockcroaches in my flat. If I see one, only one of 2 things can happen. The
1st outcome is that cockroach dies. My preferred mode of execution is insecticide. One good spray at the roach and it is doomed.
I will watch where it goes so that I can retrieve its body later for disposal. This method works best. I would rather not whack it
becoz too soft and it wont die...too hard and its innards will spill out. Then have to clean up. So far so good. Every cockroach
which entered my home never left. Every single one of them had to hand in their NRIC for cancellation.
The 2nd option is somehow when I am trying to exterminate it, the cockcroach somehow found its way out of my flat and escapes.
This has never happened. I do not have clutter in my home. Even my storeroom is neat and tidy. My stuffs are mostly stored in
photocopy paper boxes or shoeboxes. So no clutter for a cockroach to run in and blend in and disappears. Every cockcroach
which has entered my home did not leave. My track record is ONE SHOT, ONE KILL. Everytime.
That' s how I deal with cockcroaches.
What about you guys ? When you see a cockcroach, what do you do ? Walk away ? Dont bother ?
I think many people do that. They just leave the cockcroach alone believing it will find its way out in time.

DBSV went on extreme mode and reduced TP for CDG to $1.11.
