This looks more and more like addvalue. In the end, is not bringing in tons of money.
I am vested because of the preceived patents, I am usually wrong.

Rememeber 19 Feb 2016 , when the seller ( Skyware) toke the share at the value of USD$0.28 that mean  the share price is at SGD0.40 ( Base of exchange rate 1.41 on 16 Feb 2016).
Therefore the price is a cheap buy

The net proceeds of US$12.9 million raised from the Placing have been fully utilised in the following manner:
(a) US$3.5 million was used to pay for the cash consideration less the retention in relation to the acquisition of OnePath Neworks Limited as disclosed in the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 11 November 2014

Global Invacom is already the fore runner in Indonesia since end 2017. They customer include FINANCIAL CENTRE, GOVERNMENT AND BUILDING OWNER.

Global Invacom (RAD SP) has partnered with PT ANTA Mediakom to deploy up to 14,000 Very Small Aperture Terminals (&ldquo VSAT&rdquo ) to an Indonesian customer to facilitate communications and online financial services by 2017.

The VSATs can be rapidly installed on buildings where traditional land-based fibre optic cables have not been laid previously or are insufficient to meet demand.

PT ANTA Mediakom, a telecommunications equipment distributor and systems integrator specialising in VSAT and radio, has commenced shipping the first 4,500 Cband VSAT terminals designed and developed by Global Invacom&rsquo s U.S. subsidiary Skyware Global.

This is a positive win for Global Invacom and will contribute to the turnaround in 2H16.

Going forward, 1) the technology shift in the satellite ground equipment industry, 2) demand surge from satellite launches 3) turnaround of Skyware Global and 4) entry to new markets will likely drive a strong turnaround in 2H16, especially with the absence of post-acquisition one-off costs.

We remain convicted on the turnaround and maintain BUY with an unchanged TP of SGD0.28.

Global Invacom&rsquo s Fibre Integrated Reception System Recognised by Malaysia for Nationwide Rollout

Global Invacom Group Limited (&ldquo Global Invacom&rdquo or &ldquo the Group&rdquo ), a satellite communications equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, says its Fibre Integrated Reception System (&ldquo FibreIRS&rdquo ) has been recognised for its practicality, feasibility and reliability in providing solutions to fibre connections in buildings. This has contributed towards the creation of the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum Bhd (MTSFB) Technical Code document entitled &ldquo Technical Standard and Infrastructure Requirements for Broadcast Network Facility&rdquo . The MTSFB Technical Code was developed by its Broadcast Network Facilities Working Group (BNF WG), to outline the infrastructure requirements for the purpose of setting up a common and integrated broadcast distribution system. It is aimed at consulting engineers, developers, owners and other parties responsible for the provisions to be made available in the buildings. It also provides the minimum technical specifications necessary for the broadcast broadband distribution system to function as required. Global Invacom&rsquo s FibreIRS will be at the forefront of compliant product offering satellite broadcast reception in any building across the country. The product allows each individual area within a multi dwelling unit, office building, hotel or other complex, to be supplied with satellite services through one single antenna installation as if connected directly to its own antenna. There are further advantages over other systems in that it is passive (requiring no additional power supply) and uses one single fibre cable for installation rather than multiple, traditional coaxial cables. &ldquo We are pleased that our internationally acclaimed FibreIRS has been recognised as a solution for national use in Malaysia. This is a major achievement that underscores our commitment to superior quality and strengthens our value proposition for Malaysian network operators and end-users,&rdquo said Mr Tony Taylor, Global Invacom&rsquo s Executive Chairman. MTSFB BNF WG Chairman, En. Mohamad Isa Mohd Razhali said: &ldquo We acknowledge the contribution of the Global Invacom team, especially in fibre related matters, including Global Invacom&rsquo s FibreIRS, that was considered by the BNF WG to envisage fibre connection in a building. The inclusion of the information provided by Global Invacom, and the input during the development of the document, reflects the recognition of the BNF WG and MTSFB for the practicality, feasibility and reliability of the solution.&rdquo &ldquo Technology such as Global Invacom&rsquo s FibreIRS will mean even better network infrastructure on a national scale. This will boost the quality and reliability of satellite broadcast services for users in Malaysia.&rdquo FibreIRS, which comprises Quad and Quatro Gateway Termination Units (GTU), comes in two standards: Full Fibre System and Hybrid System.

Foxcom, a Global Invacom Company, Ships World&rsquo s First Iridium/GPS Repeater for Aircraft Hangars London/Singapore, 11 May 2017 &ndash Global Invacom Group Limited (&ldquo Global Invacom&rdquo or &ldquo the Group&rdquo ), a satellite communications (&ldquo Sat Comms&rdquo ) equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, today announces that Foxcom, one of its R& D and manufacturing arms, will ship its low-cost iridium/GPS repeater to a leading international airline for installation in one of its aircraft hangars. Foxcom will install the new fibre repeater in the airline&rsquo s hangar at the end of May 2017. The repeater, which debuted in October 2016, is the latest solution for aircraft hangars in the highly successful range of iridium and GPS repeaters that Foxcom launched in 2013. With the ability to provide Iridium/GPS satellite signals inside hangars, the airline can undertake avionics testing indoors at any time, regardless of the weather, without having to move aircraft in and out of the building. This greatly reduces aircraft-on-ground time, manhours and overall maintenance costs, therefore providing an immediate return on investment. Iridium satellite equipment is used worldwide but has traditionally been limited to outdoor use, as building structures block the satellite signals. Foxcom&rsquo s Iridium and GPS repeater allows communication inside buildings, using fibre optic for a long distance between Outdoor Units (&ldquo ODU&rdquo ) and Indoor Units (&ldquo IDU&rdquo ), or coax for a low-cost repeater solution where ODU and IDU that are just a few metres apart. Beyond hangars, Iridium repeaters are used across a range of locations and industries. These include underground civil defence and military bunkers, oil rigs and ships, and large buildings. Established in 1993, Foxcom specialises in radio frequency over fibre equipment. It is a top supplier to satellite operators, broadcasters and integrators worldwide, with products that offer high performance, bandwidth and reliability. (June 26): Global Invacom, the global provider of satellite communications equipment, says Rai Radiotelevisione italiana (Rai), the Italian national public broadcasting company, has successfully live-tested mobile TV broadcast over 5G.
The Rai transmission system is a prototype implementation of the evolution of LTE-Broadcast, specifically 3GPP Release 14, combined with Global Invacom&rsquo s Bx-Wifi technology, to stream high quality HD video to a large number of mobile devices via a Wifi network.
In simple terms, this means users should be able to watch the broadcast without experiencing buffering or loss of signal. Unlike classic video streaming, this solution does not rely on the internet and uses little Wifi bandwidth, allowing other users to access the internet as per usual.

In future no need any copper cable, fiber optics, phone line to surf internet or watch TV any more. SIngapore is the only place that still use this OLD Technology. With Global Invacom, we can surf at 5G speed just with the Dish. Look at Malaysia and Indonesia that need us. Imagine the just change their Dish wit GL and they will enjoy so much of benefit.

In USA and UK , they are using the Dish already. When they started to upgrade their Dish, Can u imagine how BIG is the MARKET?

This is a really BIG MARKET for DOS
