WT giving early Christmas ang-pow of 7-cents / share. On top of the capital gain this year. Luckily I didn't sell off when they offered 1.39 / share.

the reality is this even if you sell your 5 rooms flat now at S$600K, where are you going to stay? when you buy back another 5 rooms flat elsewhere in the islandwide, you also pay much higher price now.. it ends up, you earn nothing... all these are good to see in paper value, those people who really pocket in the profit are those who hold more than 1 property, they sell 1, still have one self stay and that sold property profits, are a true profits from the sale. :)
My time 2002 Punggol 5 rooms flat at $210,000 and now worth $600,000 in resale !

Our salary doesnt match the pricing of property anymore.
I pity the youngsters nowadays who just got married. Housing so expensive.
During my time, a good HDB 5 room flat was only about $250K.
Surprise correction. Monday will be a red day for property counters.

It has been all the way up non-stop from $1.23 in June to today. Very very strong. But is there going to be a correction? Nobody knows.

Its seems our faith in this counter has been rewarded.
Actually, I found this counter from a Benjamin Graham's website which analyses value. After some reading of past 3 years' WT financial reports, I took a plunge at the counter.

volume sudden surged. nice rally.. wonder how long will it last.
Another good day for Wing Tai. Damn, I should have loaded more.
Anyway, their NTA is 2.50 per share compare to current share price of 1.47. Looks like a very solid and steady company. The Cheng Brothers got it cheap at 1.39.
