Tourism is mainly driven by domestic tourism. To go Hoi An need to fly to Da Nang airport then transit by car to Da Nang. Da Nang Hotel is also 10 mins drive away from the airport in city area where the property prices have been rising for the past few years.
Just some context
Tourist arrivals in central Da Nang city are estimated to have hit 8.7 million this year, up 13.4% against last year. The figure includes 3.5 million foreigners, up 22.5%, and 5.2 million domestic visitors, up 8%.
In 2018, the total number of visitors to Hoi An reached nearly five million, jumping 50.84 percent from the year before, according to the municipal administration.
Among them, international visitors accounted for 3.7 million, up 90.94 percent year on year, while the total number of staying guests topped 1.78 million.
The hospitality business will generate a lot of cash for the business to expand. With the 5 million loan and 1 million loan previously by SSH Chin the NAV now is around 0.0125 , meaning to say now is trading at NAV.
Up to you guys to evaluate Adventus but this is my simple evaluation.

My take:
1. New fund of $5m has just been injected by SSH without interest charged. 
Operator81: yes this is positive and many other counters get fried based on this kind of news.
2. Co. will be announcing their new venture into commodities(e.g. mining) biz anytime from now (Google for story of ISR Capital Rare Earth mining and see how their price went up 100 folds from 0.003 after they announced mining biz). 
Operator81: John Soh still remanded and ISR is ISR and adventus is adventus. You ask Daim to send another ah soh or are you Wira Dani?
3. Two properties have finally been completed, which means that they will announce a huge US$30m(estimated) increase in paper profit in NTA in their FY2020. 
operator81: this is good asset.
They have already put up the properties for sale, if sold, company will have a huge realised profit of around US$30m. From years of losses to such huge profit, there will only be one direction for their share price - rocket. 
Price is at low point now. Limited downside but massive upside. It is a no brainer. 
operator81: yes limited to 0.001, still limited downside? How about rights or other share dilution?
Many people are trying to talk down this stock because they want to collect shares at lower prices, including myself not long ago, I admit. Many will show up and shoot down my post and now you know what is their agenda. More naysayers means more people are interested in this stock.

It is a pity that Trader1987 sold his shares after holding for years, when price is finally going up in the near future. He deserves to enjoy the upcoming price surge more than most of us here.
