Just curious about how u calculate 30 million USD profit ?
The books records the vietnam properties to be worth 48 million USD while 30 million USD would mean around 42 million SGD which is almost double of whats recorded on the books

Both bosses hold 64%. If they issue Rights at 0.020, it means $14m from all retailers but $25m from the two bosses themselves. If they are willing to pay another $25m themselves, that is another strong vouch of confidence in the prospect of what they have in plan for Adventus (I.e. The mining biz).

 

I never see SSH pump in 6 million in total (1 Million end of 2019 and 5 million now) then issue rights, apparently they are not into issuing rights thats why they are pumping so much money in 
If the company is managed well and has a proper plan , i dont see why share price wont go up in due time ?

We are looking at adventus as a investment not a speculative play 
And how to lose $0.012 ? I hold one share ah lol 
Whats wrong with micropenny stocks ? Everything starts from small if wait until it gets to a decent size then invest already miss out a huge chunk of profits 
I am using it to justify for my investment in adventus and just sharing some simple maths because i know alot people cant do their calculations well
I am vested in the low $0..00x, no need worry lol.

Here is just my perspective 
Just a very very conservative calculation 

Hotel and resort industry average profit margin is around 10% 
Adventus hotel will have 300-500 rooms as stated on their website previously while the resort should have around 100 room.
Assuming cheap hotel price at $100 per night ( Both are 5 stars ) and occupancy rate is about 50%.
300 rooms from hotel + 100 rooms = 400 rooms , occupancy 50% = 200 rooms. 200 x $100 = 20k per day in revenue , 7.3m in a year
10% profit margin = 730k almost enough to repay new SSH money or to pay instalments for the loan to build hotel and resort.

This is just based on current developments if they have more future devlopments coming up, it will only get more exciting
