Action soon? Ex CFO of Koh Brothers Group Mr John Lee is back in the picture as an executive director of Koh Brothers, and non exec director of Koh Eco. He is the very well respected old bird, and his actions would be worth watching.

 

I think quite hard for price to move up until after the rights.   More likely price will remain at 7.7 cents level to 8 cents at most.   So getting in at 7.5 to 7.6 cents would be just about right.   I got most of my holdings at 7.8 cents, and just about stopped as the market has become illiquid.    

The Co has not announced the ex-rights date, and is tinkering with the warrants exercise dates and price, making higher hurdles for shareholders. When I saw the announcements, I thought their finance team is a pack a amateurs.   If they really want the rights to be meaningful to existing shareholders and to attract new buyers, the warrants gotta be sweet as honey.   Not create hurdles and price them so way out of reach.     Nowadays, there' s competitiion for funds, people don' t want to sink in money just based on a belief.   Their plans and pipeline may look attractive, but quicker gains can be made elsewhere.

Yep, don' t see any flaw with fundamentals except maybe dividends are thin but it' s a growing co, so hopefully as it gets bigger, the dividends will be more generous.   It' s an investment in the future. Koh' s a good name.

seems like a good set of results. but no reaction from the market.. 

 

Seller was in a hurry, I think.   After that, I queued at 0.78 but no takers, so cancelled the buy.     Eyeing good value penny stocks elsewhere.

The wait would be worthwhile I think.   If you can' t get during this season, may be able to collect during the rights trading.
To date, there has been no further announcement on the ex-rights date.   The warrants are priced at a prermium, they' ve made some revisions in view of the fact that the price has remained depressed at 0.78 to 0.81 cents in recent weeks. 
This is a long play, not for traders.
