I dont think their cost to build 2 properties is 75m.. land for hotel is 12.9m and they paid 49% for the resorts land (anyone pls correct me if I'm wrong). so i think the cost would be lesser than 40m

Thats why I dont dare to time the market on this one. Time the market meaning taking the risk to sell some of my shares and hoping to get back lower. Again, thats just me.

definitely not talking down..can get ..get cannot get also nevermind..Im not so powerful to do that ...let the market forces decide itself...I m a trader...any price  i also can trade..cheers.!
