I dont think their cost to build 2 properties is 75m.. land for hotel is 12.9m and they paid 49% for the resorts land (anyone pls correct me if I'm wrong). so i think the cost would be lesser than 40m

Thats why I dont dare to time the market on this one. Time the market meaning taking the risk to sell some of my shares and hoping to get back lower. Again, thats just me.

As far as I know. Chin's private company is advertising the 2 properties for free. As to why both properties are inside the website as capital bay hotel and bay resort hoi an I have no idea too. But I saw it has been inside the website since early May.

Those two 5-Star properties belong to Adventus. It?s not injection of new properties. A very good thing is that Adventus built both properties at cost prices.
Means that if the market values of both properties are $100m, they used much lesser than $100m to build and own both properties.
If they used $75m to build both, it means that Adventus has a paper profit of $25m. This will be another very good upcoming price-sensitive announcement .
Coupled with injection of new commodities business, I only have one 2 words for this - Huat Ah.

Listed on the ?copy-of-home? webpage are the 2 projects that they are currently doing. What?s interesting to note is the used of the eventual names of the properties as listed on privately owned company, http://www.bayhotelsresorts.com/bay-hotels-resorts-brands/.
Now, why would they be using the eventual names of the properties on their corporate website? That really got me thinking. Could it possibly be injection of the private company business into the public listed Adventus. That will a reason to use the eventual names of the properties on Adventus own corporate website. Or could it be they will be selling the properties to BayHotelResorts the private company? If so, it wouldn?t be necessary to name them as such.

Yes everyone, nothing wrong if wanna take profit.
BB controls the game.
If they want price up, price will be up, doesn' t matter how many shares retailers sell today.
If they withdraw, price will be down.
I think bb will make full use of market' s anticipation of new commodities biz to continue their game and make more profit out of this chance. That' s just me.

I sold at 23. is been holding more than 5 years. Lost a bit to it nvm. at least can get rid of it.
