The 1.28billions are new placement shares , not sub from warrants .
yeah as usual..u forget to mention that majority is warrant subscription..
placement of 330m..is for disa roll out...

600m + 300m +380m =1.28 Billion shares .
Hmmm....trading resumes tomorrow.
Although not the type of announcement I' m looking for, I guess Equation has finally turned the corner. Yes, I' ' m still confident seeing 1.3 to 1.5 in the short term, by this year? Maybe?

Yup, still holding up well with good volume.
I' m betting we are able to see 1.3 to 1.5 with 2 weeks, and that would probably be the TP for many of us.

This was the reason why they placed out 600m shares at 0.007 privetely , but still not enough . This company looks hollow !

Need 7M to redeem the bond , after this still got enough cash for operation ?
@mepkoh some people just wouldnt understand about businesses.. to them everything is replaceable therefore = not much value to them.. oh well if they cant see the value no use explaining it to them..they can only see the small picture.
Equation will slowly inch up to 0.015 with ease from the way i see it.
still sticking to my 0.020++ in the next 3-6 months

look like you do not understand n unders estimate the vol of bisness done...
just figure how many items been sold world wide???..that would be the vol of potential sales...
riding on the introduction by the world largest store gives it a more than fair chance of grabbing pole position...

Yes Wart-Mart will use their system , but not for all merchandise , only for small items of electronic goods. How much revenues can be derived from such small portion of merchandise ? Moreover more and more are buying online for many electronic products , so the potential is bleak !
It cannot be used for Apparels , furniture , shoes , household , the list go on................

Wait till they announce profit first then only buy ...whats the rush..all these "news" sounds like another conjob for the operator to offload their shares which otherwise would be quite worthless.. :)
