Sorry,  warrant is given for each holding Koh Eco share, or each right entitement arh ?
That is, if I hv 5000 Koh Eco shares now, will hv got to hv 5000 or 2000 warrants when I sub to the rights ?
Any who knows ?

Rights issue : 2 rights for every 5 shares at $0.055+ a free detachable warrant.
Say if you hv 5000 shares of Koh Eco now. U are entitled to hv 2000 of rights + 5000 warrants.
For the rights , u can :-
1. Exercise the rights to convert it into shares, at a cost of $0.055/ share. Hence, if u want to convert all the 2000 rights  into shares, u need to pay 2000*$0.055=$110.  Your total holdings will be 7000 shares , after the right exercise.
.
2. U can sell your rights ( nil-rights ) during right trading ( watch out for the dates to be announced later). It typically has a value, and if u sell away, u can get some $ back.  Your total share holding remained as 5000 shares, after the right exercise.
3. U can choose not to do anything. In this case, your right will just expire , with u getting nothing.  Share holding remained at 5000 shares.
It is wiser to do either opt 1 or 2... unless your holding is so small that u can choose to ignore this right exercise since the $ impact is not a lot.

I' m also surprised at the enthusiasm displayed.    The rights may not trade low in this case, given the interest in this baby.
Have not received any letter in the mail yet, anyone received theirs?

Koh Eco, plus the rights shares, will have a market cap approximately the same as its parent Koh Brothers, which hold 65% of Koh Eco.
In the past, Koh Bros market is like DOUBLE that of Koh Eco. Is it time now for Koh Eco to take a pause and for Koh Bros to catch up? I am vested in both.

I normally check with my brokers for those dates. They are quite good at those things.

Need some info regarding deadline for submission of form and payment for rights issue.
I note that the announcement said closure date for rights is 19 Oct 2017.
After this, approx.  how long will it take for receipt of forms and submission of payment.
I will be out of Singapore until 31 Oct 2017 and I am worried I may miss the deadline for the rights.
Any info appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

| There is currently a big price gap between the rights price and the mother share price (about 6.4 cents difference). Some may sell the Koh Eco mother shares to fund the purchase of rights shares (plus excess rights). Just an observation from past rights exercise.  |

Books close means cut off for those who qualify for the rights.        Rights are tradeable, so shareholders can buy or sell them within a period of time.    I think the details will come in the mail.    I' m check with my broker on Monday.

I think Koh Eco is very cheaply priced in the market, with huge potential for a quantum leap in price in the coming years.  The evidence of this has been the bagging of contract after contract.    The rights issue is to provide seed money to grow a crop that will extremely fruitful.      By 2018, they would easily have more than $1 billion in their order books, with more and more coming.
With Koh Bros likely to privatise, the contracts are now bagged by Koh Eco which will continue to grow, double, triple and more than current price.
This stock is a long term investor dream stock.
