Yes, SMM is sinking while SCI is rocketing to the moon. 2 different fates.
Before the announcement, SCI was trading at $1.40-$1.50++ range, this news propelled the share price to go above $2 for the first time after a few months.
SCI needs a catalyst to bring up its share price.
Anyway, good luck to all the existing SMM shareholders who agree to the resolutions. $0.30 is on the way |

top mgmt also need 2-3 years to plan our strategy and execute, interim what happen to the $4b+ debt liabilities, still need to repay right..also how to win customer contracts and order books when the company may go under anytime? oil majors also wont want to risk project getting done halfway. no matter how i see it this seems to be one of the best option for everyone. At least can subscribe to excess at 20c
