SINGAPORE (June 13): JEP Holdings says wholly-owned subsidiary JEP Industrates has received a letter of demand dated June 7, 2019, by solicitors acting for South Korea-based YG-1 Co.

The letter of demand requests for the payment of US$219,284.25 ($298,500) in relation to outstanding payables amount for shipment made in 2016.
Thanks alot beltrance.
I think this JEP is starting to make $$$ that' s why they want to buy back,
I' ll keep and see what happen.

This is what my broker told me :  If u accept the offer, sign the letter they mailed to u. If not just hold on and see whether they offer u higher price or call for compulsory delist if they can gather more than 90%.
In the mean time i received another letter and from that letter i understood that on 30 May 2019 the total number of shares owned by the offeror (38.8%) and the valid acceptances (0.3%) represent only 39.1% of the total number of shares.
Unless I dont understand it well, to me it means that only very few people agree to sell at $0.15 so there is a good chance that it will not be accepted and then they can not force you to sell.

Need clarification help
just received their mandatory conditional cash offer for JEP shares.
1. Must we sell to them back at $0.15?
2. what will happen if I don' t respond and not willing to sell, does it mean
They have the right to acquire our share at $0.15?
really don' t know what to do.
Much appreciate some opinion / advice here. Thank you

unbelievable indeed

let' s track to see if UMS is making any effort to buy in the open market, as one might expect of a real intent to delist.
will most certainly appreciate any charitable sellers exiting at $0.15 or lower in open market....do pass along to some of us who previously made a killing in UMS and we will give you the due cash in return!

Unbelievable post, if the price drops below 0.15, I will sell all my property and buy in and sell to Andy at 0.15.

Today' s Low @ 0.149.
This stock can start preparing for burial......................

that' s the point.  can you see the offeror making a serious attempt to privatise for delisting?

break the 0.15. imagine if they push it all the way down then naturally people will take the offer. haha. if push down to 1c sure take the 15c offer haha
Don't think so the offerer can buy in the open market now when prices are traded above 15 otherwise they have to up their price to the highest price bought in

Min offer price should be $0.20.
If the retail investors are not well-informed, they will be dumping their shares to Andy at lelong price.

Existing shareholders of Jep will suffer with such offer price.
Minority shareholders should reject this offer price.
Remember Jep did the share consolidation at 4:1.

I pity those who rushed in to buy at $0.172.
Andy is not a saint, he is a business man. He gotten a good deal at $0.15, which is a 3.8% discount over the last trading price.
Minor shareholders like retail all lose out.

can the market see the intent here?  the mandatory offer is more a formality than a real intention to privatise...
