the dvd in specie is porposed by the directors on august 25 2017..
well almost 2.5 months have passed..n we are still waiting for the sgx approval..
i am not surprised that the approval will come soon..
maybe over the weekend ..
anyway..the price movement has not spike duop..with the exception on the first day of the proposal..
at that time..sino harbour traindg at the year low of hk 40 cents..after falling fom hk $1..

now than sino harbour is at 88 cts..wow...
3.51 shares is easily converted to sing $$
3.51 x .88 x .174=S$0.537
pang hong closed $0.375
wow..sino harbour price .dvd in specie.....wow..no brainer decision..as far as i am concerned..

my understanding is that pan hong in higher tier cities..
while sino is in lower tier cities..
demand may not be the same...
anyway the important thing is that properties in china is still booming..
