At the time of completion, the Subscription Shares represented 18.18% of the enlarged share capital of Sunrise. The SDIC Investment values Sunrise at RMB490 million post-completion. For reference and illustrative purposes only, based on that valuation, our 12.74% shareholding interests in Sunrise would have a value of approximately RMB62 million."
