In this current environment, property counters incl Reits should be trading below NAV.
With many biz suffering, rent should come down or vacany will goes up.
Dpu will definitetly come down in due time.
Some of them still overvalued imo. Trade w care.

Announced today : Frasers Property Retail announces Tenant Support Package across 14 malls.
Excerpts from the above ann' t :-

As part of the Tenant Support Package, Frasers Property Retail will be passing on the 15 per cent property tax rebate announced in the Budget 2020 by the Government to all qualifying businesses. Tenants may also convert security deposits paid in cash to Banker&rsquo s Guarantees to ease their cashflow challenges on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, tenants have the flexibility for shorter operating hours from 11am to 9pm4. To drive shopper traffic and to help tenants increase sales, initiatives rolled out include daily complimentary lunch time parking between 12pm and 2pm, and 6pm and 10pm daily, and marketing initiatives targeted at both tenants and shoppers.
Tenants who wish to make use of available atrium spaces to increase sales can book them at reduced atrium rental rates. Marketing assistance will be provided to select tenants to support their sales. Additional support and initiatives will continuously be reviewed for progressive roll-out.

How will our dpu be impacted by the above ? Or will there be impacts ?

FCT released 3QFY19 results this evening. The dpu dropped y-o-y from 3.053c in 3QFY18 to 3.000c this year. Reason given was :-

The distribution per unit (" DPU" ) for 3Q19 is 3.00 cents, which is lower year-on-year due mainly to an enlarged unit base following the completion of the private placement in May and preferential offering in June.

I can' t recall what I read in the EFR document earlier, but I was carrying the perception that the EFR was dpu-accretive. What happened ?

Bro,... whatever you managed to get should be reflected by now if your original mother units were held in CDP. Otherwise, you would have gotten the refund for the amount assigned for the  10000 units applied for. Perhaps your units were held under custodian by another institution ?

Hihi - i was entitled to ~200 shares but applied for 10,000 shares. Its still not reflected in my CDP - though.
Should it be reflected already?

Unfortunately,.. or fortunately,.. I was wrong in my predictions below,.... Many investors got FULL allotments of their Excess applications. I too gotten full,... t to the mgmt,..

The funny thing is : for my CDP Holdings, I got full allotments, which means got rounded-up to the nearest 1000.

BUT for my holdings inside SCB, I rounded up my Excess application  to the nearest 100, but gotten only 98 overall ODD LOT. Why did this happen ? If FCT does the good rounding for us, why did my holding here suffered this odd figure ? Is SCB ' fiddling' with the Excess applications here since they are the custodian  ?
