I have my rights entitlement. So I sold all the mother shares, and hope to buy some excess rights cheaply using the money from the mother shares sales proceeds.
Thank you all seniors for the clear explanation.
How do you calculate warrant (strike price)? Assume I go ahead to purchase the 1F7R, where do I convert it into shares again? Go to ATM before 7 November?
I have accepted my previous entitled rights already, can i still convert new rights from the market?
how u calculate 1.5times??

Figured, every increase above 10 cents is 1.5 times due to free warrants.  Hehe. so happy.

Congrats!
wonder how much the warrants will be traded once on board?
if ignore the warrants as sweeteners, the Mother shares r now trading at a discount cf the nil rights.

| Shareholders. Your rights entitlement oready deposited into your CDP account. Don't throw away good money. If you do not wish to take up the rights you can sell them. Market price now is 4 cents. Very active market. Remember 7 Nov is last day. After that it's gone forever. Seize the day! |

Previously i mentioned if u were to apply for excess, the mgmt might not give it to u, perhaps, i would like to clarify, if u have odd lots in the rights entitlement, u should apply for excess to make it a whole number, ie instead of xxx60 shares, u should apply for excess of 40 rights in the atm, and usually, the mgmt will give priority for these odd lots sharehoders.
As for the 1F7R , koh eco rights, all these are reflected in the cdp statement, that is your provisonal entitlement, and these are nil paid rights, if u wanna top up ur rights/wrts, u can buy from here, and pay the total amt ( ur existing provisiona entitlement + whatever u buy now the R) at the atm. But that will be higher price than if u were to apply excess right away at the atm.
One thing to note : its not guaranteed that u will get the excess, but chances are hight if ur intention is to round out ur mother + rights./wrts.
Ignore the R1, thats the odd lots transaction.

If u do not intend to go for excess rights, yes, u need to pay 0.055 * whatever is your allocated rights.
Don' t worry about R1.. so long u have confirmed that the no of allocated rights, R =  2/5 *  ( total no of  mother share , before ex-right)
For people who wants to increase their holdings in Koh Eco now, they can :-
1, Buy Mother shares , which is more direct
2, Buy the rights.. which is under code 1F7R , and then subscribe to the rights.
Say, if u buy the rights now, which is tradiing at 0.04 , u hv to  pay 0.04.  After which, U will still hv to pay 0.055 to subcribe to the rights, in order to convert into Mother shares. Hence, total payment ( ignoring brokage fees ) = 0.04+0.055 = 0.095.  Hence, theoretically, u are paying a premium ( 0.095 vs 0.09 , current mother share price). But then , u will get the " free" warrants.

Im  lost again. I just went to ATM to key in my allocated rights amount and 0 for excess. Am  i  doing it right, if I am not subscribing for excess rights?
Im  charged 5.5cents x allocated rights. What' s " R = 4 cent, you top up 5.5 cents (total you pay 9.5 cents) for both mother share and warrant.    "
I only see KOH ECO R in my CDP account, but no R1.
This is my first encounter with rights, please enlighten me. Thank you |

The rights given may be less than 100 (minimum), eg I have 60 shares.    R1 is for trading odd lots, according to my remisier.  Correct me if I am wrong.    I can buy 40 shares to make it to 100, or sell off the 60 shares.
