My solution to your poser is simple - BUY the one which you see Tua Phows buying in the high hundreds and thousands.
And dont buy the ones which you see Tua Phows selling in the high hundreds and thousands.
SHORT them instead, if you have the bola and believe in the power of the Tua Phows.
For those who are reading your thread quietly and do not know what is " Tua Phows" , in my vocabulary, Tua Phows means
3 groups of investors - fund managers, institutions and high net worth retail investors looking for yield.
I am a fan of documentaries of space, stars and planets.
For a very long time now ever since the first man on Earth looked into the lens of the first early telescopes ever built, man has
been searching for other life in the vastness of space. Based on our own experience and understanding on Planet Earth, it is
now believed that for life to exist, water must be present. Hence, the search for life in space has now evolved to a search for
water. Find water first elsewhere in another world. Then search for life if you can find water. 
Likewise in the stock market, before a stock can rise or fall, there must be Tua Phows in that stock.
When Tua Phows flow into that stock, that stock will fly.
When Tua Phows leave a stock, that stock will cry.
So the search for money-making opportunities be it from LONG or SHORT begins with a search for Tua Phow movements.
Find the Tua Phows first. 
See whether they are flowing IN or OUT.
Join them. Never against them.
And you will make money.

The main reason why Panda seldom issue " call" nowsaday is because it would definitely make some bros and sis unhappy, either they are from LONG side or SHORT side.

For example, SCM, " Fei Luo" spotted start of this price dip, and make an alert, as shown in the SCM chart posted on my " drawing board" .  But, Panda just kept quiet because it would definitely upset bros and sis who have true believe and support on SCM. So, it is better to keep quiet and don t " Big mouth" .

Add...of course the combine company will have better economy of scale which

When news broke out on Thursday I immediately sold off remaining 10% on Friday. Not vested now but just wanna share personal trades and chart. It has broken the uptrend support line by a big gap, no good when a company is offering you cheap price to raise money, they know it will be difficult to raise money if price at market price or small discount as the company is losing money for years. Even the mother shares also dont want it so why should others adopt unwanted child. I am not saying its gone case as I do not know the future.  All I am saying is no hurry to buy such stock. There are also many other stocks of current flavours to invests or trades. Anyway to each its own. For someone like myself who has sold I can buy back cheaper in the coming days, weeks or even months if not years before it turnaround. Last year I sold and it dipped first before rising to higher levels but so what, one year later still goes below what I sold, the story here is especially if one is long already there is no reason to add if not willing to cut because one think there is still a future for this compnay. Worse still when one buy a stock because behind got big brother, SIA ya I believe they wont let it down. Some stocks can average down, but this one I think no hurry la. Watch and see if good still can also buy higher because if a stock is really good will go even higher. Dont buy just because its cheap. If it does go back to say 11 cents I can also buy back if I want but unless I wanna sell it back for trading of 1 or 2 cents profits, or even 3 cents is vert good percentage return and the only reason that lure penny stock speculators. This is gambling, not my forte, once in a while tikam ok la if dont wanna go casino as need to pay $100 entrance fees. Sembcorp Marine - Huge Gap Down

Sounds like submarine, it has been underwater for a very long time.
I bought Sembcorp last year and was given this conpany shares and I sold 90%
immediately post demerger, kept 10% to just see whats going on with it.
When news broke out on Thursday I immediately sold off remaining 10%
on Friday. Not vested now but just wanna share personal trades and chart.

It has broken the uptrend support line by a big gap, no good when a company
is offering you cheap price to raise money, they know it will be difficult to raise
money if price at market price or small discount as the company is losing money for years.
Even the mother shares also dont want it so why should others adopt unwanted child. I am
not saying its gone case as I do not know the future.  All I am saying is no hurry to buy such stock.
There are also many other stocks of current flavours to invests or trades.
Anyway to each its own. For someone like myself who has sold I can buy back cheaper in the
coming days, weeks or even months if not years before it turnaround. Last year I sold and it dipped
first before rising to higher levels but so what, one year later still goes below what I sold, the story
here is especially if one is long already there is no reason to add if not willing to cut
because one think there is still a future for this compnay. Worse still when one buy a stock
because behind got big brother, SIA ya I believe they wont let it down.

Just need to be more alert as there was a slight weakening sign on Ang Moh Jones.  The " good" news about the Biden proposed US intrastructure bill has almost settled. So, coming forward, there is not many " good" news" in the pipeline except usual economical data and the situation on COVID-19.

ISDN : Daily DMI & RSI

The signs are encouraging, we need to see follow through.

DMI - The Adx(green line) is rising suggesting prices are gaining upward momentum.
RSI - Has gone above 70 for the first time since early this year.

Above technical indicators are showing positive signs. IStillDunNo whether to add longs
as technically it need to break above resistance at 0.715 cents for confirmation. Immediate
support at 0.65 cents a level I am probably more willing to add if no break up yet.

Whatever it is one should stay long on this stock. I am long since April/May though had
booked small profits on the way up and thinking of buying back those I sold.

STI - Daily & Weekly Charts

Not matter how much our US markets has rallied this S-ipeh T-erok I-ndex
remain lacklustre for 4 consecutive weeks. Banks remain weak and there
arent many index stocks to give it a lift, reporting season coming so lets see
if it can provide the impetus.

Daily Chart : Yet to recover above 20 & 50 Ma(see shaded area on chart)

Weekly Chart : Hope it doesnt behave the same like last year this period.
Weekly DMI is non trending therefore we could continue to consolidate
for a period of time, especially if we dont trade above the averages mentioned
on the daily chart.

Panda is getting more and more lazy on trading, probably built up too much patience in this boring local pasar. Hahaha....  Also getting less and less to issue " calls" in SJ forum due to laziness. 

Now, Panda is playing with " Fei Zhai" on coding an indicator for testing.  Also just puched in an manual DEMO order on US30 to cure the itchy hand, paper profit USD 19~20 at the moment. Still have no feel on " happiness" to make this " paper money" . Hahaha....
