ADDVALUE INKS FIRST MAJOR COMMERCIAL IDRS CONTRACT WITH SATELLITE SERVICE COMPANY
The Board of Directors of Addvalue Technologies Ltd (the " Company" , and together with its subsidiaries, the " Group" ) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the past intense efforts of the Group in cultivating its IDRS Business (being all business and commercial activities of the Group involving the Inter-Satellite Data Relay System (" IDRS" ) and the IDRS terminal (the " IDRS Terminal" ) pioneered and developed by the Group), the Group has entered into an agreement with a satellite service provider (the " Customer" ) for the customized design and supply of IDRS Terminals to be installed on the Customer& rsquo s fleet of LEO satellites (the " Supply Agreement" ).
The Customer plans to deploy a multi-satellite constellation in the near future to provide enhanced data gathering services for its clients. The delivery of IDRS Terminals will be in stages to match up with the launch schedule of the satellites forming the Customer& rsquo s multi-satellite constellation. The Group is currently finalizing the airtime agreement with the Customer for the provision of real-time on-demand IDRS communication service
The Supply Agreement forged by the Group for its IDRS Business, together with the airtime agreement is expected to have future material positive financial effects on the performance of the Group in 2019 and beyond. More details about this IDRS terminal contract and airtime agreement and the Customer will be disclosed in due course.
Save for their respective interests held through the Company, none of the Directors of the Company has any interest in the Agreement.

Since 1998, they already put out many " stories" ,, pytheas wanted to buy over the company in 2009 and never materialised. For 10 years, they have been annoucing ALOT of fanciful stories, but they still make losses after losses every year.. Lucky they are in catalist, if they are in mainboard, they would have already been delisted for not making profit for so many years. They manage to stay " alive" becos of rights issue and issuing shares until the share is so diluted..

The Board of Directors of Addvalue Technologies Ltd (the " Company" , and together with its subsidiaries, the " Group" ) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the past intense efforts of the Group in cultivating its IDRS Business (being all business and commercial activities of the Group involving the Inter-Satellite Data Relay System (" IDRS" ) and the IDRS terminal (the " IDRS Terminal" ) pioneered and developed by the Group), the Group has entered into an agreement with a US-based aerospace company to carry out a feasibility study for the adoption of IDRS in the latter&rsquo s upcoming space mission for commercial purposes (the " Feasibility Study" ). The success of the Feasibility Study will represent a new use of IDRS beyond the LEO satellite application.
Apart from marking the beginning of the path of the Group towards the commercialization of its IDRS Business, the Group believes that, barring unforeseen circumstance, the contracted Feasibility Study also signifies the first step in heralding new applications that will contribute meaningfully to the IDRS Business which is expected to have material financial effects on the performance of the Group in 2019 and beyond.
Meanwhile, the Group continues to pursue new prospects and other new applications for its IDRS Terminal and thereby expand the scope of business opportunities for its IDRS Business.
Ding dong ding dong at between 0.042 - 0.044, really don' t know what tactic BB is playing.
In the past few days that there were tremendous transactions per trade in a size between 2100 - 2300 shares in every few minutes. What the culprit trying to do ? Quietly distribution or accumulation. Someone is controlling the price now. Addvalue Tech is supported by 30 SMA for 18 days & should turns bullish in any moment.
I don't mind to wait for a few weeks to a few months as long as it can Add Value to my investment...... LOL

Addvalue Tech strongly holds at 0.042 for almost 15 days, BB collecting and it is time for Addvalue Tech to move up to 0.046, 0.051 & 0.068 in extension.
