when will our rights share be reflected in our portfolio ?
Announcement
The Company expects 299,021,682 Rights Shares with Warrants to be issued on 14 November 2017, and to be credited into the relevant securities account on or about 15 November 2017. The Rights Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 November 2017. The Warrants are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 November 2017. Further announcement on the listing and quotation of the Rights Shares and/or the Warrants will be made in due course.
A total of 12,059,990 Rights Shares with Warrants were not taken up by Entitled Shareholders and/or their renouncees pursuant to the Rights cum Warrants Issue. 12,059,990 Rights Shares with Warrants were then allocated to satisfy the valid Excess Applications.
Just thinking out aloud. The Oiltek business is a totally different one from the Construction & Engineering, wonder if they would sell this biz and will there be a huge revaluation arising from the sale?

Applied for excess rigthts. Hope to get something. Today' s price for the mother share is pretty good, at 9.6 cents.
This share can keep under the bed and let it grow like Jack & the beanstalk.
