From Aztech update today, clear that higher cost of components will be passed on to customers. When products are in demand, customers will be willing to pay extra.

(ii) Owing to the strong demand, our customers are willing to absorb the additional cost of securing the necessary components for the production of their orders, hence there is minimal impact to the Group&rsquo s profit margins.

 

SGX-DBS just had a tech conference and Aztech Global was one of the company invited.

They seem to be doing very well.  If they can continue to overcome the chip shortage issues, their next quarter earnings will sky rocket.

Price now is very undervalued.

Facing shortage in their manufacturing supply chains. Price likely to go below $1.00. careful.

Not only Aztech price is dropping, you may look at STI, all Companies with good result, price dropping so scary.

Agree, drop scary but fundamentals look intact. A director bought 150,000 shares last week.
Insider will have a better sense of near-term performance.

 

Foundation looks fine.  They have factories in both Malaysia and China and so far, managed to mitigate the risk of covid and delivered a solid quarter.

All 4 of the analysts (CIMB, DBS, Kim Eng and UOB) gave Buy/Add recommendations with target prices all above $1.80.

My guess is that investors are waiting to see if Aztech is able to deliver this quarter by overcoming the chip shortage across the industry.  If they do, this stock will shoot through the roof as it' s way below valuation.

No idea.  I bought a few lots.

It has delivered solid performance since IPO and has a solid order book moving forward.   

Somehow, people love to pump sexy stocks like Nano and iFast until they crash and they cow pei cow bu.  But same people not interested to buy solid stocks below valuation like Aztech.

 

why result so good, price still kepp dropping??
is there anything i miss out???
