Between Mar 22 and 27, OxPay Financial : TVV 0% non-executive non-independent chairman Ching Chiat Kwong acquired 1,281,800 shares at an average price of S$0.078 per share. With a consideration of S$99,659, this increased his direct interest in the Catalist-listed online-to-offline financial services technology provider from 27.03 per cent to 27.49 per cent.
With its FY22 (ended Dec 31) results released on Feb 22, the group noted that under its new management, it intends to grow in the Asean region through international payments alliances with players in the region.
OxPay has also been in a partnership with Asia&rsquo s leading &ldquo buy-now-pay-later&rdquo platform, Atome, since October 2022, to expand and accelerate flexible deferred payments acceptance by merchants in Asia.
Company or the owners sold to the public at 45c sometime in 2021 and market cap at that time was $139M

The buying up is basically to protect his own interest because he is holding a subsubstantial numbers of share i.e. similarly to Oxley Hldg. In my view both counters are overpriced. DYODD

CCK has bought a total of 2,082,000 Oxpay Fin from the open market from 20 March to 24 March @ avg price of $0.07143
Good thing is it means 2 mil shares has been taken off the market.
Hope to see it trending higher as it is actually quite a decent company enabling e-commerce payments

The boss is the BB from 5 series leh, he will initiate rest of the BBs back to 10 series which is cabbage price, better than current garbage price. Hopefully some good news aftermath lead to oxpee and oxpoo price.
At this type of volume, I don't know how much can BBs dump or even worth their efforts to dump. They will likely dump when they drive prices up up then can bah.
