After adding in my free CICT shares my average unit cost ( accumulated over the years of combined Cap Com and Cap Mall) works out to be only a dollar!
So taking, the average combined historical Cap Com and Cap Mall dpu over the years....we should be getting around 8 to 9 cents.. Means my yields work out to be around 8 to 9 % if this dpu payout continues! I just got to accumulate some more if price dips. Hope shortists do me the favour next week.

CLIM below SGD2.90? CLIM is like a fund of funds, and CICT would be one of the investments it would hold.

Nothing unusual.
Temasek owns directly or indirectly 30% of the 6.48 billion CICT shares,
That' s about 1.94 billion shares.
I saw it under the owership tab of CICT in SGX website

Last min HUGE sell volume but supported by even HUGE buy volume
==> WIN-WIN
1) There seems to be institutional selling of CICT presuming to buy CLI on Monday, so hopefully CLI can open high.
2) But equally there is a strong institutional support of CICT so CICT should be well supported.
Win win situation in this case.

Good luck.. depending on whether institutional investors are going to sell CICT to buy CLI or not.. If they
going to switch from CICT to CLI then maybe not good for CICT BUT if they have no plan to do that
then CICT will be safe. Retail investors do not have the power to move the share price :)
