The baffling question for me, for the two advisors, is if CHEN SIEW MENG is mopping up shares, why are they not converting their 4 million warrants then? What is the strategic thinking behind this kind of move? By holding on to the warrant there is no benefit ? What a strange coincidence right, the placement to WONGs happened so near to CHNG asking to change the board..
