Looks like some Index review, so today is last day for the fund to exit. No wonder past few days been lagging Prime reit. Hopefully today sale should be all done. Got at closing 0.126 bet on next week.
Wtf.. funds sellout? Lucky I sold out last week. Waiting to re enter again

Share price of Keppac oak is more stable less volatile. PRIME has somehow become speculative ever since it became a penny stock. So it can move up and down very fast. Just my opinion.

| Was comparing Keppac oak vs prime and Keppac looks better in occupancy rate, NAV 0.69 and lower leverage ratio 43% vs Prime. But so far Prime moved more and faster. Hoping for more upside for keppac oak this month. |

US: Stocks hit fresh records as Powell signals rate cuts ahead
STOCKS on Wall Street closed higher, with both the S& P 500 and the Nasdaq finishing at new records amid a midweek bounce fueled by tech stocks including Nvidia.
Remarks by Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell in Washington spurred hopes of a start to interest rate cuts, as he signaled the economy was on the right track.

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE SP)
Navigating The Office Downturn Without Diluting Unitholders&rsquo Interests KORE has been unfairly penalised. By halting distribution in 2024 and 2025, KORE is able to fund its capex internally, while avoiding dilutive equity fund-raising and divesting its assets at depressed fire-sale prices. Assuming no further revaluation losses at end-24, KORE will provide an attractive distribution yield of 34.3% for 2026 when it resumes normal distribution. P/NAV is already at a distressed level of 0.18x although KORE has not breached any loan covenants.
Maintain BUY. Target: US$0.35.
