We should flock to Yuuzoo office to view the 2017 Annual Report. Btw, monkeys can?t read and write, so it is not unexpected that you see ?errors? every where. Just take a look at their proposal to change par value to zero value:
5.1.1 the re-designation of the authorised share capital of the Company comprising shares of a par value of US$0.016 each of a single class to shares of no par value each of a single class, having the rights set out in Clause 6 of the Memorandum
5.1.2 the re-designation of all currently issued shares of a single class each with a par value of US$0.16 in the Company registered in the name of the Shareholders to shares of no par value each of a single class
5.1 says US$0.016 but 5.1.2 says US$0.16 Anyway I don?t know how this number come about then I looked at 2016 Annual Report and it says par value of US$0.10 what is the correct number? Spend shareholders money on salaries for monkeys and professional fees still numbers go haywire. SGX please wake up and do something.

Now no one sign, how auditor audit? Audit on account that are not endorsed by CFO but confirmed by BoD? How to release FY report now? But nevermind, they will say SGX suspend them so they cannot release and not because they dun one to.

THE chief financial officer of YuuZoo Corporation, Kevin Haigeng Wang, has resigned due to a family emergency, according to a Singapore Exchange filing on the evening of April 23.
This comes about half a year after Mr Wang was appointed in that role in October 2017.
The mainboard-listed online media company is under investigation by the Commercial Affairs Department on possible breaches of the Securities and Futures Act, and its offices were raided, the company disclosed this month. Its chairman and former chief executive Thomas Zilliacus surrendered his passport upon instructions from the police.
YuuZoo announced on Monday that it wants to call for an extraordinary general meeting to get shareholder approval for a proposed restructuring which would move its registration from Bermuda to the British Virgin Islands, where it will be a limited liability company with a new name - YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation.

YuuZoo board calls for EGM to approve proposed capital structure changes

ONLINE media company YuuZoo Corporation, which is in the middle of a police probe, unveiled plans for a restructuring in a circular on Monday.
The company said that it wants to move YuuZoo' s registration from Bermuda to the British Virgin Islands, where it will be a limited liability company with a new name: " YuuZoo Networks Group Corporation" .
Its directors are calling for an extraordinary general meeting to get shareholder approval for the proposed restructuring.
YuuZoo said that its rationale for the move is to change its capital structure from par value to non-par value shares, as the concept of par value has not been abolished in Bermuda. This means that shares may not be issued for less than their par value, which is US$0.10 a share for YuuZoo.
