With the strong cashflow and recurring diversified sources of income plus strong order book, back by RNAV of 92 cents and generally strong outlook in property and construction sectors, KH should continue to do well.

I regretted vested only from 43.5 cents when it was already in my watch list since mid 30 cents range. It was the low pe that attracted me and after research and research, I still can't figure out why the pe is so low and I kept waiting and waiting. Then, profit increased and dividends increased and price surged. Finally decided to vest after learning the news on their Maldives projects. I conclude that the company is financially sound and has clear plan,that is, to develop recurring income sources on top of existing property development and construction business. I will stay vested for long term especially if the dividend payout is sustainable, which I think it will.

thanks for ur opinions.. i had put $1.4k psf on the conservative side in case i missed out on miscellaneous cost like what u mentioned.. not vested yet, but this seems to be an interesting counter which can be monitored as they have strong equity growth over this few years, with consistently high dividend and a very low p/e..

they did reply.. but they say they cannot reveal anything.. if cannot reveal then dont ask my personal info lol.. maybe if I' m a big shareholder, then only reveal.. small fry or those not invested, they ignore.. i actually also try to talk to IR of other companies and most of them dont give me any reply, or say cannot reveal things etc.. wonder what' s the purpose of having IR.. must use SGX authority to bombard them with questions, then they will reply > .<

To be fair to KH, don't think they have the capacity to reply to all individual email queries ba.

i actually tried to ask Keong Hong IR about what is this exceptional gains they are referring to, whether it is from Seaside Residence sales or not, and who are the joint ventures involved for this exceptional gains.. But their IR is very bad, and they actually ask me for my full name, NRIC and CDP account.. i provide my name and CDP account, and their IR reply saying " Please note that we could not provide you with information not yet publicly announced and we do not discuss financial information with individual investors. The correct platform to do this will be at our annual general meeting" .. I got piss because if they are not convenient to reveal anything, they shouldnt ask about my personal info in the 1st place.. So i just send my mail to sgx and complain and ask them for assistance to query KH.. Not sure if they query because of my mail or coincidentally they asking the same question, but in any case i' m grateful for this query..
Anyway, i think that the sales of those Seaside Residence have not been accounted for into their revenue.. So that means we can expect decent amount of eps coming from their Seaside Residence once it TOP and got accounted into their revenue.. I personally think it is undervalue given the eps will be very high if they manage to sell all units of Seaside Residence, but stock market is a lot on sentiment.. property development counters have not had a good market sentiment towards them for this past few years, and they could remain price depress.. |

looks good to me and undervalued at PE of 3.7 ,  ROE is huge over 24%, cash flow is not bad,  Revenues, Assets , profits, income is growing  ,, equity is diluted but over a period should show good strength .. good value to pick and hold now  as it value gets unlocked for the value hunting investor folks.    might slowly grow and cross 55 cents/ 60 cents within 3 to 6 months and much higher for the long term investos.
