A crude way to estimate Oue' s dividend from its divestment amount. Oue Dt(office only): $908m dividend 13c. FY' 19 divestments of 3 ppties: $774m. Dividend: 774 divided by 908 x 13c= 11c.

Oue' s ordinary dividend is 3ct. They usually pay special dividend when they divest ppty at a profit. By this measure, my estimate of 7ct dividend has 4ct as special dividend which

Net profit for M.Mandarin on record is 137m. My profit estimate for Oakwood is 85m based on its buy price of 870.5m(' 10), 53.1% Dtown office, bal.46.9% Oakw.& Dtown Gallery. & 10m for
Nassim bungalow. It is a bumper yr & sh. easily pay 5c div. for fy' 19 just as it had for Crown Changi & Oue Bayfront. Having paid 1c, the remaining 4c at 1.55 gives yield of 2.58% from now
to its payment in May' 20. This is abt. 6mth so the yield sh be abt. 5.2%.
4c dividend costs it only 4c x 902m = 36m & controlling shareholders own 68% of it. wyeo.

I think when one put something up for sales in January, i believe they would like to sell it at the best price in the shortest duration.

Results is out.... US bank tower not sold yet. No special dividend announced. No mention of what they going to do with the cash (i think 500+m) 🤔 🤔

I never said oue is not making money as a company. I am saying by and large oue is not making money for investors, which is quite true to almost 80% of the shareholders. Read my sentence very carefully before you rubbish off any comments.

Both noslen & TA_Expert are writing half-truths. If you scroll down further, you' ll find the latter is making wild allegations ' in denial' etc It is the same half-truths that noslen writes abt.his trading losses.
