this is very true.. it applies to all other counters as well.. but can see quite abit of accumulating going on last 2 weeks.. likely the play will come soon. get on board..

Even if oil price goes higher, no use if BBs is not ready to play RH. Volume is so pathetic. May be BBs waiting for oil price to hit $100 then they start to play. Good luck
