Read Addvalue Tech announcement issued yesterday late night on Disclosures of Interest / Substantial shareholders.
The full name of the individual is there.
Coincidentally, based on mainstream news report, the same name appears as the sole shareholder of Aqua Munda Pte Ltd.
Aqua Munda Pte Ltd made a offering for Hyflux Debts, etc. See Hyflux announcement, yesterday evening. I quote The Straits Times headline:
" New investor offers to buy out $1.8b of Hyflux' s debts to noteholders, unsecured creditors"
Just sharing only.

The Subscriber is established to acquire or invest, directly or indirectly, in technology-based assets and undertakings and the initial key investor will be a limited partnership fund which is expected to be advised out of Hong Kong."

This is not just a normal placement. It involves a strategic stake of 27% (on completion) which will make the new shareholder a controlling shareholder !

totally agrees. when a fund (which is specialised in acquring technology based asset) , potentially commited to a 27 pct shareholding interest in Addvalue, i would say it is the pivotal point for Addvalue. The buyer foresee values and potential development that we d' ont see. Of course, throughout the years, times and times, investors actually get sick with the boastful announcments from the management, hopefully this time round ,things will be different. (judging from its recent business development and the fact that the tech fund is buying just short of 30 pct trigger point). the NTA also pretty high at USD 0.32 Cents with total conversions of all loans. Will Addvalue spike up to 5 cents? God will know.
Big placement of 266,666,600 @ $0.0225 followed by a further option to purchase 444,444,400 @ $0.0225 to a single investor. $6mil and $10 mil going into the company assuming all shares and options subscribed and the investor will end up as a controlling shareholder holding about 25% of Addvalue.
Investor probably saw Addvalue at an inflexion point to take such a gamble. Buy to ride the waves !
