Also, they already planned to sell all other subsidaries and solely work on Disa.
Once sold (resources) subsidaries, the $$ will be probably distributed back to company or shareholders.

Audemars, i wont say u r incorrect but Disa wants it to be implemented straight out of the box. So everytime u on your devices, you need a Disa code for it to work. Another Hassle maybe?

What is Disa going to achieve in the future? Are electronics manufacturers going to adopt this technology going fwd?
For eg, if Apple adopts this (not sure why they wont come out with their own tech) or even buy over this tech.. it' s just a small price for Apple or even Samsung. They could easily just do it like a strand of hair to them.

Also, normally. by the time the stock is halted, the announcement is already prepped and ready to go. but this Equation seems to like to play with suspense and what not. For e.g., yest announcement can be done within 10 minutes and for the news release and the announcement to be let go at the same time, but it must come out at two timings and in e end there were no trades done yesterday.
Also, from this morning' s trading pattern, it seems that alot of pple are dumping, which may mean that there is some sense of negativity towards it. by right 34 should break out easily with the amount of shares traded, but in e end, it was dumped down to 32. Watch the space bros.. this will be an interesting and hopefully positive ride.
we will see. Maybe Challenger ties up some sort of a deal with them, that will bring us closer to home and it makes sense for retailers of electronic hardware like courts and challenger to tie up deals with them. really hope this stock will fly now, but its anyone' s guess.

Heard rumours, unverified sources they have some collaborations with some local insurance companies, but not sure if the business is significantly big enough to be publicly announced.

its announced already bro, which means that the trial was successful. Impt thing now really is what else is there to announce. There is a feeling that it might be bad news. so really hafta keep our fingers crossed, rarely is there two halts in two days.

according to a report by buisness times..it has rolled out disa to all walmart stores in the usa..
EQUATION Summit Limited subsidiary Disa Digital Safety announced on Monday that it has rolled out its Point-of-Sale Activation (PoSA) system at all Walmart stores in the US.
PoSA enables a digital device to be locked from manufacture to purchase. This renders a product unusable until the buyer inputs a PIN printed on his receipt.
Disa Digital Safety' s PoSA system is fully integrated into Walmart' s backroom, checkout and online sale systems. Walmart is the world' s largest retailer with close to US$500 billion in annual sales.
Disa Digital Safety is a Singapore-based technology solutions provider that specialises in research and development of security and digital authentication solutions.
At 12.11pm, Equation Summit' s share had risen by 14.3 per cent to 3.2 Singapore cents.

certainly hope you are right.. so confident of the stock, i addded 500 lots this morning at 34.. haha.. but then it went into a short spiral before recovering and only ended closing at 32. Now more worried why cant announcements be made at the same time unless its bad news.

the trial of the 20 stores have to be successful for walmart to implement it across its stores in US. so i doubt that will be the news and that kind of news is more of after trading hours news.

The best thing to do now is not to do anything, walk away, and if it' s money you can afford, hold your shares and come back next year. There are many potential businesses along the way for DiSa. Let the shares consolidate, let things happen. Be a " investor" yourself. Have confidence in the Captain of the ship. Do not panic sell or swayed by naysayers, whom I think shall be making their appearances very soon.
We want to win big, not tikam here and there.

provided its good news again.. LOL.. this time it might not be so rosy.. and why cant they announce two announcements at one go unless it is of a material difference and this morning was to let their fellow pple unload all e shares before bad news is released.
