Announced, 24million warrants exercised
when this disa becomes popular...
i expect bib consumer digital owners..hopefully buyout equation..then it will be great..

the later it announces, the more worried i become. its like some bad newsare imminent.. esp with the half hour trading this morning, seemingly to let the insiders run away with the money first and then halt it and release bad news. If this is the case, i will be really disappointed with how they are playing the game. Good luck to everyone.

Walmart need not pay DiSa for the codes generated.
It' s the supplier of the product (eg: a laptop) that is sold by Walmart will pay DiSa. And it' s understood to be charged per item sold.
So, effectively, there is no contract size for the Walmart deal. Just the rights to tag the codes to the products of the suppliers who will be paying.

no.. there isnt a need to seek clearance from walmart before resuming trading and there is no requirements under the catalist rules to do that..

(I think) Equation is required to seek clearance from Walmart before they can resume trading as this is a collaboration between the 2 parties.
Anybody familiar with Catalist rules, is there such a thing?

Surely Eddie Chng will be beaming ear to ear. Previous AGM/EGM he has always been grilled by public shareholders, now everybody will treat him like a hero.
I think it' s worth attending, at the same time hear for ourselves first hand, the direction of the company and the potential business it is being linked with.

the capital reduction is more for accounting treatment than anything else.. LOL.. so yeah.. no expecting a single cent from it. but will this be the multi bagger stock.. hmm..

Shareholders don' t expect to get back anything for this impending capital reduction exercise. It' s just a consolidation of the business to write off the non-profitable subsidiaries. If I remember correctly, it' s to the tune of 153mil. The entire focus is now solely on DiSa, which also explain the proposed name change.
