What NAV mean is it Net Asset Value
But its NAV has more than halved from $0.86(Dec 2011) to $0.39(Dec2012)in its recent financial report. I think the price is too X.Only can see that the dividend yield is supporting the price.

You may try to pick some Hwa Hong.
Buy while it is low.
Business seem to picking up.
In good time it also give very good dividen .

Yesterday early morning when i read the fin report it mentioned no dividend.Later the report filed at SGX evening showed differently.Sigh

So get 5 lots at 1.765 & 15 lots at 1.77.
Still got 10 lots which I get 1.4 last time.

you very resourceful lei. i went in at 1.78 afew days ago and yesterday see price drop drop drop before recover a bit.
it seems that their dividend records looks very good for the last couple of years. how come now oni 9.6cts lei......

Yesterday price jump. You guys heard any news?
i should haf bought long ago and just held on...now bought already and hoping to hang on for long term... really what a generous company.... hope they make more good investments in future.....
Yes, good dividend yields. They are an investment company so they have a lot of investments....
