Yes, there are alot of sellers for this stock. I guess many has buy it at a high price last time.

For those bought at $0.10 to $0.30, they are really not going to sell as the dividends are well over their purchase price over the years. Eg, me.

Just sharing what I feel is the next AEM - this counter called Excelpoint (also into semiconductor):

Absolutely blowout earnings announced today, here is a snapshot of Q2 2021 earnings vs Q1 2021:

Revenue: 404mn vs 336mn
Net Profit: 7.3mn vs 4.4mn
EPS (US cents): 6.32c vs 3.66c

Half year EPS is US9.98 cents, which is equivalent to about SGD13.4 cents. If we annualise this, it becomes SGD26.8 cents and based on the current share price, Excelpoint is trading at a P/E of only 3.35x.

Extremely undervalued considering its tremendous growth as highlighted above (and since 2019 if you refer to their quarterly reports). Semiconductor shares that are in the mature phase (e.g. UMS and AEM) trade at about 10x P/E. Considering Excelpoint is still showing tremendous growth and is nowhere near mature phase (it is also into AI), you can calculate what the true value of the company is. It also paid out 4.5 cents dividend last year (5% yield at current price), and the dividend will definitely be increased this year due to its growth.

I feel that it is just a matter of time before institutions take note of this counter if they haven' t already. As always, DYODD.

Big run on tech! During last year pandemic Frencken 40c+ Ums 50c+ Valuetronic 40c+ Now see the price for yourself. While other tech reaping profits, here you slowly wait for 2c dividend while capital keep dropping. Haha Lesson: anything related to china mostly no good kangtao one
